Love's cabin Satin Sheets, King

If you want a smoother-feeling bed surface rather than the more textured feel of everyday sheets, this Love's cabin satin set is built around that preference. It includes a king fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillowcases, with a fitted-sheet pocket for mattresses up to 15 inches deep. The smooth surface is intended to reduce hair tangling and breakage, though that benefit is not a guarantee. Without having tried it, the practical case for this set is its satin feel and stated mattress fit, not an assumed silk composition or a specific cooling result.

Key specifications

This is a four-piece satin sheet set in king size. The flat sheet measures 105 x 102 inches, and the fitted sheet measures 78 x 80 inches with a 15-inch pocket depth. Each of the two pillowcases measures 20 x 40 inches. The fitted sheet has elastic around it, which is intended to help it stay snug on the mattress. The listing describes the material as soft, smooth, breathable satin, but does not identify a fiber composition, so shoppers looking for a particular fiber should take that into account.

Who it’s for

It makes sense if you prefer a slick, smooth surface against your skin and want pillowcases with an envelope closure rather than a zipper. That closure is designed to keep pillows from slipping out during the night. The satin surface may also appeal if reducing friction against hair is part of your bedding priorities, but the product description does not establish a guaranteed result for hair or skin.

A practical example: after making the bed, the all-around elastic is meant to help the fitted sheet hold its place when you get in and out, while the envelope-style pillowcase keeps the pillow tucked inside. The stated pocket depth is the main fit boundary. You may want to skip it if your mattress is deeper than 15 inches or if you prefer the feel of a less-smooth sheet.

What you get

The set includes one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases. Care is straightforward: machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low, do not bleach. The listing suggests washing before use for sensitive skin. Wrinkle resistance is claimed, but no specific fabric blend or care performance details are provided, so it is sensible to follow the stated washing instructions rather than assume it needs no upkeep.

Questions before you buy

Is this silk bedding?

The product is described as satin, not as silk. The fiber content is not specified, so it should not be treated as a silk set based on the available details.

What mattress depth does the fitted sheet accommodate?

The pocket is listed for mattresses up to 15 inches deep. The description does not give a fit range beyond that maximum.

How should the sheets be washed?

Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low. The instructions say not to bleach and recommend washing before use for sensitive skin.

Buying verdict

This set is a better match for shoppers who specifically want satin’s smooth feel and a king fitted sheet with a stated 15-inch pocket than for anyone choosing mainly by fiber content, since that detail is missing. The size information and envelope pillowcases make the contents clear, while the mattress-depth limit gives you a concrete fit check. Choose it for the smooth satin format if your mattress falls within that limit, look elsewhere if you need a deeper pocket or want confirmed fabric composition.
