## Description

PC players who want controller-style input without a cable can use the Logitech G F710 for compatible games. Its 2.4 GHz wireless connection pairs with a USB nano receiver, while dual vibration motors add feedback in games that support it.

The familiar gamepad layout brings console-style controls to a PC setup. For games with gamepad support, you can play with the controller, for titles without it, Logitech Profiler software can assign keyboard and mouse commands to the gamepad.

## Getting the most from it

Connect the nano receiver to a USB port and use the F710 with a supported Windows PC. The receiver is designed to remain in the port, including on laptops, so the setup keeps a small footprint. Its 4-switch D-pad and familiar button layout make it suited to games designed around a gamepad, while the two vibration motors provide tactile feedback when a supported game sends it.

If a title does not recognize gamepad controls, Logitech Profiler software can map keyboard and mouse commands to the controller, using this feature requires software installation. That gives players a choice between a standard gamepad setup for supported titles and configurable controller input for games that use keyboard-and-mouse commands.

## Why it makes sense

The F710 combines wireless play, a familiar control arrangement, and dual-motor vibration in one PC gamepad. That makes it a practical alternative to a wired controller when you want to move without a cable, while the nano receiver connects through USB. Its broad game support and programmable controls also give it two useful roles: a conventional gamepad for compatible titles and an input option for games that need mapped commands.

Buyer feedback commonly appreciates the straightforward setup and solid construction. Experiences are more varied for wireless connectivity, ergonomics, button response, and battery life, some buyers mention stiff or sticking buttons or needing to replace batteries frequently. These are individual reports rather than guaranteed outcomes, but they can help set expectations when choosing a controller for regular play.
