Lifewit Double Laundry Hamper 136L

This double-compartment laundry hamper from Lifewit organizes loads while keeping dirty clothes out of sight, making laundry days easier in dorms, bathrooms, or family bedrooms. The 136 L capacity and two removable bags let you sort lights and darks or separate linens before washing, reducing handling and saving time.

Key Points

Constructed with reinforced fabric and internal supports, this hamper includes a flip-open lid to conceal laundry and keep rooms tidier. The two large compartments each hold about 68 L, so you can manage multiple loads without constant transfers. The removable bags have drawstrings and handles for easy carrying to the washer, and the whole unit folds flat for storage when not in use. Consider that assembly requires inserting supporting rods and fastening buckles, a quick process but one that involves several pieces.

If you need the unit out of sight, fold it flat and store it under a bed or behind a door.

Positive Aspects

The combination of structured inserts and supporting rods helps the hamper stay upright during use and prevents collapse when bags are full. The lid reduces visible clutter and odors according to the manufacturer, while the neutral black finish blends with many decors. Removable bags simplify sorting and reduce direct contact with dirty laundry, which can be handy in shared living situations such as college housing or family homes.
