## Description

For weightlifting sessions, pull-ups, or rowing, LIFECT Essential fingerless gloves add a padded grip while leaving your fingers free. The open-back design pairs breathable fabric with an adjustable wrist closure. Want palm coverage without a full-finger glove? This design keeps the fingertips exposed for a direct feel on equipment.

## How it fits
The adjustable hook-and-loop wrist closure lets you set the fit, while the short wristband leaves room for a fitness watch. The gloves are ambidextrous, and pull tabs at the fingertips help with taking them off after a workout. Their curved, open-back shape leaves more of the hand uncovered than a full-coverage glove, with lightweight fabric across the back for airflow and movement.

## Benefits
A cushioned palm pad helps buffer contact with gym equipment, and the patterned silicone grip adds traction where your hand meets a bar or handle. The palm uses microfiber, while the breathable back is made with Lycra. A soft terry section on the thumb offers a convenient way to wipe sweat during a session.

Use them for lifting, pull-ups, cable exercises, cross-training, or rowing when you want palm padding and open fingertips. They can also suit cycling and general fitness workouts. For example, during a strength workout that moves from dumbbells to a rowing machine, the same fingerless design keeps the palm covered while your fingers remain free to handle the equipment.

Buyers often praise the palm cushioning and hand protection, while feedback on fit varies. Some also report that the wrist fastener loses grip or that the gloves wear at the seams over time, so opinions on durability are mixed. The gloves are hand-wash only, following that care instruction keeps cleaning straightforward.
