## Description

This LEVEL8 carry-on blends a rigid hardshell and a reinforced metal frame to protect belongings while traveling. The zipperless carry on suitcase design aims to simplify airport handling and keep contents secure, and it is sized for short trips and business travel with quick access when needed.

## Key Points

The suitcase pairs a lightweight three-layer polycarbonate shell with an aluminum and magnesium alloy frame for added structural strength. According to the manufacturer, the shell is made from 100% German BAYER polycarbonate which offers elasticity and impact resistance that helps absorb knocks during transit. The zipperless closure and integrated locks reduce the risk of damage to the opening mechanism when luggage is inspected at airports. ✈️

Smooth mobility comes from four 360-degree spinner wheels that roll quietly and let the case stand upright and move effortlessly in crowded terminals. The design balances protection with manageable capacity, offering an option for short business trips or weekend getaways where checked baggage is unnecessary. 🧳

Consider that the case weighs 4.5 kg and has a 38 L capacity, so packing choices will determine if it fits stricter airline carry-on rules. The metal frame and double TSA locks add security, however the rigid form factor may limit how much you can compress soft items.

## Usage Recommendations

For packing, place heavier items near the frame side to keep the center of gravity low and improve maneuverability. Use packing cubes to optimize the 38 L interior and avoid overstuffing since the rigid shell does not expand. During airport security checks, the zipperless system with TSA locks allows authorities to inspect without cutting or damaging closures. For short trips of 1 to 4 days the case fits essentials and business attire neatly, though longer stays may require additional luggage.

If you travel frequently on regional carriers, double-check their carry-on size allowances against the listed dimensions, because some airlines have stricter limits. Also note that the rigid exterior protects fragile items better than soft cases, but internal organization relies on your packing method rather than built-in compartments.
