## Description

Chewable gummy format puts Legion’s creatine monohydrate into a serving you can take without powder, a shaker, or mixing. Each serving provides 5g, making the amount clear as you build it into your supplement routine.

Green apple flavor and natural sweetening give this option a fruit-flavored alternative to unflavored creatine powder. The formula has 0g added sugar.

With 30 servings per bottle and third-party lab testing by Labdoor, the product combines a defined serving with a straightforward format for home or on-the-go routines.

## Who it’s for

These creatine gummies are designed for men and women looking for creatine monohydrate in a chewable format. They can suit someone who prefers a ready-to-take serving over measuring powder and preparing a drink. Each serving contains 5g of creatine monohydrate, so the amount is easy to identify when comparing supplement formats.

If your usual routine already includes a shaker, powder may fit naturally into it. Gummies offer a different approach: no mixing step, with green apple flavor and a pre-portioned serving. That makes the format especially relevant when simplicity and portability matter to your supplement routine.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The main practical difference is how you take it. Instead of scooping creatine into a drink, you get it as a chewable gummy. The green apple flavor provides a flavored option, while the naturally sweetened formula has 0g added sugar and is made without artificial sweeteners, flavors, dyes, fillers, or proprietary blends.

Customer feedback often highlights the convenience and firm gummy texture. Taste opinions are mixed: some buyers enjoy it, while others are less impressed. That makes flavor preference a personal part of choosing this format, alongside the benefit of skipping powder preparation.

## Key takeaways

The product delivers 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, with 30 servings per bottle. Labdoor provides third-party lab testing. Together, those details make the serving size and testing information easy to identify when weighing this option against a creatine powder or another supplement format.

The formula’s stated ingredients and exclusions may also help shoppers who want a naturally sweetened gummy without added sugar or the listed artificial additives. Rather than relying on a blend with undisclosed proportions, it presents creatine monohydrate as its central supplement ingredient.

## Is it worth it?

It’s a great fit if you want creatine monohydrate in a flavored, chewable form and value skipping the scoop-and-shaker routine. The 5g serving, 30 servings per bottle, and third-party testing offer clear points to consider when choosing a supplement. Buyers who prefer to mix powder into an existing drink routine may favor that format, those who want a ready-to-take gummy may find Legion’s green apple version a practical way to add creatine to their day.
