Legendfit Men's Sliding Shorts with Protective Cup

For male players who want a cup pocket and added padding in the same layer, Legendfit’s sliding shorts are designed for practices and games where running, sliding, or contact are part of the sport. The triangular padding is intended to cushion the area during movement, while two internal straps help keep the cup from shifting side to side. You can remove the cup before machine washing the shorts, which makes laundry simpler after a sweaty practice. Without having tried it, the practical appeal is the combination of coverage and a dedicated cup setup—not a substitute for checking fit and the level of protection your sport requires.

Getting the most from it

Insert the protective cup into its pocket before putting on the shorts, then use the internal straps to help hold it in place. After a game, remove the cup before machine washing the shorts, the hard shell cup can be rinsed with water or soapy water and wiped dry. That separation is useful when you want the fabric ready for laundry without putting the cup through the wash.

Picture pulling the shorts on under your uniform before a baseball game, then sliding into a base with the padded area between you and the ground. The breathable, moisture-dispersing fabric is intended to help manage sweat, though the listing doesn’t specify a fabric composition or give performance test results. Available sizes are S, M, L, and XL, but there are no measurements here to help match a size to a particular waist or body shape.

Why it’s worth it

The useful distinction is that these are more than basic compression underwear: they pair triangular padding with a pocket and two straps for a protective cup. That setup may suit players who want those features in one garment for baseball, softball, football, lacrosse, field hockey, or other listed contact sports. You’ll appreciate it if keeping the cup in place and having padding for slides are both priorities. If you prioritize a simple base layer without a cup system, a more basic pair of compression shorts may be a better fit, if you prefer sport-specific measurements or detailed fabric information before buying, those details aren’t provided here.

Key takeaways

• Triangular padding is designed for comfort and protection while running or sliding.
• A cup pocket and two internal straps help secure the included hard shell cup.
• The cup can be removed before machine washing, it is cleaned separately by rinsing and wiping dry.
• Sizes run from S to XL, with no size chart or cup dimensions listed.

The broad sport list is convenient if you play more than one activity, but it doesn’t establish that the fit or protection level is tailored to every sport. It may not suit you if you need detailed sizing guidance or a specified protection standard to make your decision.

Buying verdict

Consider these if you want sliding shorts that combine padding, compression-style coverage, and a removable cup for practices or games. The cup pocket and straps give them a clearer purpose than ordinary athletic underwear, especially for players who slide or take contact. Pass if your priority is a precisely documented fit, detailed material specifications, or sport-specific protection information: the listing doesn’t provide those details, so you’ll need to judge fit from the available S–XL range.
