## Description

## Tech summary

Each cover measures 71 inches high by 47 inches wide and is made from thickened, nonwoven polypropylene fabric. The 3.2 oz/yd² fabric helps create an insulating layer around outdoor plants while allowing airflow. A zipper and adjustable drawstring make it easier to position the cover and secure the opening around the plant.

- Type: Outdoor plant frost covers
- Quantity: 4 covers
- Material: Nonwoven polypropylene fabric
- Fabric weight: 3.2 oz/yd²
- Size: 71 inches high x 47 inches wide
- Color: Green
- Features: Zipper, adjustable drawstring, breathable and reusable

The four-cover format is useful when several plants need seasonal coverage at once. Fold the covers for storage between uses, then bring them out for cold-weather protection. Their size is suited to many shrubs, bushes, flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees, compare the stated dimensions with the plant you plan to cover for a better fit.

## Who it’s for

These covers are for gardeners who want a removable layer for outdoor plants during frost, low temperatures, and cold precipitation. They can be used on plants such as palms, citrus and other fruit trees, tomato plants, rose bushes, and shrubs. The breathable fabric helps maintain airflow around covered plants, while the zipper makes installation and removal more convenient around buds and young growth.

They can also serve a different seasonal purpose: in spring, the covers may help shield young plants from insects and wildlife such as rabbits and deer. That makes the set useful for gardeners managing both winter weather and vulnerable new growth, rather than choosing a cover for frost alone.

Customer feedback often highlights frost protection, practical function, and the convenience of the zipper and bottom security. Opinions on size are mixed, and some buyers raise concerns about material durability. For a useful fit, consider the cover’s 71-by-47-inch dimensions alongside the plant’s shape and size.

## How to use it

Place a cover over the plant, use the zipper to open or close it during installation and removal, and tighten the drawstring around the bottom to help secure the opening. The adjustable closure is especially practical on exposed nights when wind could shift a loosely fitted cover. Handle buds and young shoots carefully as you position or remove the fabric.

When the cold-weather period has passed, fold the covers for storage and reuse them as needed. For spring protection, place one over young plants to create a barrier against insects and small animals. The same four covers can therefore support different garden tasks as the season changes.

## Is it worth it?

For gardeners covering several outdoor plants, this set brings together four generously sized covers with a thicker 3.2 oz/yd² fabric, breathable construction, a zipper, and an adjustable drawstring. Those details make it a practical choice for placing seasonal protection around trees, shrubs, and garden plants, then removing and storing it when conditions change. If you’re choosing between a single plant wrap and a multi-cover set, the four-pack is suited to protecting multiple plants with the same style of cover.
