## Description

For a drive with your dog in the back seat, the Laqibak Black+Blue tether offers two ways to connect in the vehicle. Its adjustable strap has an elastic section and reflective detailing. It can also be used as a leash for walks, giving one accessory more than one job.

## Tech specs
- Type: 3-in-1 dog car seat belt and leash
- Color: Black and blue
- Material: Metal and nylon
- Closure: Buckle
- What’s included: 2 adjustable pet seatbelts
- Care: Hand wash only

The nylon strap adjusts for a closer fit, while the elastic section adds give when your dog moves. A 360-degree swivel snap hook is designed to rotate and help prevent the tether from twisting. Reflective detailing is useful when the same strap is used for a walk in low-light conditions. Together, these details make this a practical choice for pet owners who want a vehicle restraint that can transition to leash duty.

## What it works with
The tether can attach to a vehicle headrest, or connect separately through a seat belt buckle. Choose the attachment method that suits your car’s setup, then secure the strap before the drive. The headrest-mounted connection is removable, so the tether can be taken down when you want to use it as a leash. The product is intended for dogs, the attachment options describe how it connects in the vehicle, rather than compatibility with a specific car model.

## How to use it
Fasten the strap around the headrest and lock the connection, or insert the buckle end into the vehicle’s seat belt receptacle. Attach the swivel hook to your dog’s harness, adjust the length, and make sure the tether allows movement within a limited area. For a walk, detach the vehicle connection and hold the elastic and reflective strap as a leash. The buckle, adjustable length, and rotating hook make it easy to switch between these uses.

Buyers often mention that the headrest attachment is straightforward to install and adjust, and appreciate being able to use the tether as a leash as well. Feedback about durability is mixed, so check the strap and connection points regularly as part of routine pet travel preparation. The manufacturer advises avoiding sudden braking when traveling with a dog over 70 pounds and cautions that excessive pulling force can damage the snap hook.

## Before you decide
**Can it be attached without using the seat belt buckle?** Yes. It can be mounted around the headrest, or connected separately through the vehicle’s seat belt buckle.

**Can it be used outside the car?** Yes. The strap is designed to work as a leash after it is detached from the vehicle connection.

**How should it be cleaned?** Hand wash the tether.

## Buying verdict
This Laqibak tether suits dog owners looking for a single adjustable accessory for car rides and walks. Its headrest or buckle attachment options provide flexibility in the vehicle, while the elastic section, reflective detail, and swivel hook support its changeover to leash use.
