## Description

This fire blanket from Lancryen offers a compact, lightweight way to smother small flames in kitchens, grills, cars, or workshops, helping to control grease and liquid fires quickly when used as directed. Its 40" x 40" size provides enough coverage for stovetop pans or small portable grills, and the fabric also works as a heat shield for short periods, according to the manufacturer.

## Key Points

Keep the blanket within easy reach in cooking areas, next to a grill, or in your vehicle for fast access during an emergency. The woven flame retardant fabric is intended for single use and is meant to be pulled out and placed over flames slowly to cut off oxygen and cool the source. There is a hanging slot so the blanket can be mounted on a wall for visibility and quick removal. 🔥

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Lancryen 2025 Emergency Fire Blanket**
- Size: - 40" x 40"
- Material: - flame retardant fabric (manufacturer specified)
- Use: - single use for smothering small fires and as a temporary heat shield
- Mounting: - built-in hanging slot for wall storage

## Usage Recommendations

To use, pull the blanket from its pouch, hold it between you and the fire, and place it over the flames slowly to avoid spreading the blaze. Once the fire is covered, turn off the heat source if safe to do so, and wait for the blanket and area to cool before moving. Avoid dragging the blanket across surfaces once it has been exposed to flames. 🧯

## Important Details

The blanket is effective against grease and liquid fires and can handle various small fire types as described by the manufacturer, but it is not a substitute for a fire extinguisher on larger or rapidly spreading fires. Consider that it is intended for one-time emergency use only, and replacement is recommended after deployment. If flames cannot be controlled immediately, evacuate the area and call emergency services. 🔒
