## Description

## Product specs

A knee-length cut gives this LAMA raincoat more coverage than a short rain jacket, helping shield clothing from rain while keeping your hands free. The hood, high collar, and long sleeves add coverage around the head, neck, and arms, while elastic cuffs help the sleeves sit at the wrists. For a commute or a walk in changeable weather, the longer shape works as a practical outer layer over everyday outfits.

The LM148 combines a zip closure with buttons for a double-front design. Two front flap pockets provide space for small items, and the adjustable waist lets you tailor the shape over layers. Its lightweight, packable design is intended to fit in a handbag or day pack, so it can be carried for outings when rain may arrive unexpectedly. Wear it with jeans, leggings, shorts, or slacks for everyday errands, travel, or outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and cycling.

## Practical tips

Use the waist adjustment to shape the coat over the clothes you plan to wear beneath it. The foldable hood offers another way to adjust the look when it is not needed, while the front closure gives you two fastening options. When choosing a size, compare the garment measurements in the size chart with your own measurements and the layers you expect to wear. Customer feedback often appreciates the longer coverage and style, while fit comments are mixed, some buyers describe the sizing as small or tight around the hips. Checking the chart can help you select the intended fit.

Care is straightforward: hand wash or machine wash in cold water, then hang dry. Avoid bleach to help protect the waterproof properties of the fabric. A packable coat is useful when carrying an umbrella is inconvenient, for hands-free coverage during a walk or commute, this wearable hooded layer keeps the rain protection on your body instead.

## How to use it

Keep the coat in a handbag or day pack for a change in the weather, then pull up the hood and fasten the front when rain starts. Adjust the waist over your outfit and use the pockets for small essentials. The knee-length design is especially suited to days when you want more coverage over dresses, jeans, or leggings than a waist-length shell provides. It can also serve as a lightweight outer layer for travel and outdoor plans, with a hood and long sleeves built into the garment rather than a separate umbrella to hold.

## Buying verdict

The LAMA LM148 is a useful choice for shoppers looking for a packable, knee-length raincoat with a hood, adjustable waist, and front pockets. Its longer cut suits everyday wear when added coverage over clothing matters, while the lightweight design makes it practical to carry between showers. Choose it for a hands-free rain layer that can move from errands and commuting to outdoor activities.
