The large rain head and handheld sprayer offer two ways to direct water: use the overhead head for a broad shower, then switch to the handheld for a targeted rinse or for reaching the bathroom corner. The manufacturer describes both heads as high-pressure, including use at low water pressure. Soft silicone spray holes can be wiped with your fingers to clear buildup as part of routine cleaning.

Best use cases

This set suits a bathroom update where you want a coordinated brushed gold finish and both overhead and handheld spray in one wall-mounted system. The handheld head and 59-inch hose are useful for directing water where you need it, including rinsing the shower area, the rain head provides the overhead option. A single handle manages hot and cold water, flow, and switching between the two modes.

It is designed around the included Kurpot valve and trim, rather than reuse of another brand’s valve or cartridge. Installation uses standard NPT 1/2-inch U.S. plumbing connections, and the old valve must be removed before installation. Kurpot includes installation instructions, making the system a fit for a planned fixture replacement rather than a trim-only swap.

Buyer feedback often highlights the system’s appearance, brushed-gold tone, build, and water pressure. Experiences are not uniform: some buyers report hose durability or leakage concerns, and opinions on value vary. That feedback is useful context when weighing a complete coordinated system against an approach that retains existing shower hardware.

Box contents

The set includes a 10-inch rain shower head, 16-inch shower arm, shower holder, 59-inch stainless steel hose, metal handheld shower head, brass shower valve, trim kit, and 2-in-1 diverter. The included valve and trim are intended to work together as the system’s control assembly.

Practical questions

Can this system use a valve from another brand? No. The trim is not compatible with other brands’ valves or cartridges, remove the existing valve before installing the included Kurpot valve.

How are the two shower heads controlled? The single-handle panel controls hot and cold water and flow, while the 2-in-1 diverter switches between the rain head and handheld shower.

How do you clean the spray holes? The shower head’s soft silicone spray holes can be wiped with your fingers to help remove buildup.

Buying verdict

For a bathroom renovation that calls for a brushed gold finish, overhead rain-style spray, and a handheld option, the K103906BG brings the valve, trim, diverter, hose, and shower heads into one coordinated set. Its clearest fit is a full valve replacement using the included Kurpot components, with the two spray modes offering flexibility for everyday showering and targeted rinsing.
