Kuoser Kuoser-92972-Red-L Waterproof Reversible Dog Coat with Fleece Lining
Product description
Some dog coats are meant for quick coverage, the Kuoser-92972-Red-L combines a reversible design with a double-layer fleece lining for colder outings. Its solid-colored side is described as waterproof, while the plaid side adds a different look.
A leash hole on the upper back lets you access a leash or harness without taking off the coat. Neck and belly hook-and-loop closures, plus an elastic belly band, make the fit adjustable.
This listing is for the red Large size. Buyer feedback is positive about warmth and ease of putting the coat on, but sizing and hook-and-loop durability receive mixed comments.
How it fits
The coat closes around the neck and belly with hook-and-loop fasteners, and the elastic around the belly is intended to allow movement without a tight fit. For a walk on a chilly, damp day, the back opening can provide access to a leash or harness while the coat stays on. That makes this design more convenient for outings than a layer that has to be removed to attach a leash.
The listing recommends measuring your dog and choosing a larger size if uncertain. That guidance matters here: customer feedback on sizing goes both ways, with some saying the coat runs small and others finding it large. Treat the listed Large variant and its measurements as a starting point rather than assuming the letter alone guarantees a fit. Buyers often praise the fit and say the coat stays in place, but individual fit will depend on your dog's measurements.
What stands out
The coat is made from windproof, waterproof polyester, with the waterproof claim specifically attached to the solid-colored side. A double-layer fleece lining is intended to add warmth for indoor or outdoor use in cold weather. Buyer comments also highlight warmth and water resistance in light rain. That feedback is useful context, but it does not establish how the coat performs in prolonged or heavy wet weather.
Its reversible construction gives you a choice between the solid side and the vintage-style plaid. Hook-and-loop closures are designed for straightforward dressing, and buyers often find them easy to fasten. Reports on their staying power are mixed, though: some praise the closure, while others say it can come undone or lose grip over time. A solid pick if you want a fleece-lined coat with a leash opening for routine cold-weather walks. Better avoided if you need dependable sizing without measuring or want an item whose fastening durability is not a point of uncertainty.

Should you buy it?
This Kuoser coat makes sense for a dog that needs an extra layer for cold-weather walks, especially if you want fleece lining, two wearing sides, and leash access without removing the jacket. Its listed waterproof construction and buyer reports of protection in light rain also suit occasional damp conditions, with this limitation: the customer feedback describes light rain rather than establishing performance in harsher weather.
Choose based on your dog's measurements, not just the Large label, and keep the mixed sizing and closure feedback in mind. If a precise fit and consistently secure fastening are your top priorities, a simpler coat with a more predictable sizing or closure system may be a better direction.
