Konssy Quilted Muslin Changing Pad Covers 2-Pack

Key points

Some changing pad covers are mainly about adding a soft layer, this set also has a waterproof backing, so it’s designed to handle both comfort and everyday moisture protection. Each cover has a 100% cotton muslin surface, soft quilted padding, and a waterproof polyester underside. The set includes two covers in a blue star design, giving you a spare while one is in the wash.

The 32" x 16" covers use fully encased elastic around the edge to stay fitted during diaper changes. That can help reduce bunching when you’re moving a baby onto or off the pad, although the dimensions of your changing pad still matter.

A solid pick if you want a cotton-feel surface and built-in moisture protection in one cover. Keep in mind that the listed cover size is not a guarantee of fit for every changing pad, compare measurements before buying, since a snug fit depends on the pad’s dimensions.

How to take care of it

The covers are machine washable and can be tumble dried on low. That routine is useful for a product that may need frequent cleaning, and the description says the fabric gets softer with washing. The waterproof layer is polyester, so follow the stated low-temperature drying guidance rather than assuming higher heat is suitable.

The waterproof backing is intended to protect the changing pad from liquids, while the absorbent muslin surface sits against the baby. For a quick change after a bath, for example, you can place the baby on the soft side without adding a separate liner as part of the intended setup. Still, absorbency and a waterproof backing do not mean the cover never needs laundering after a mess.

Practical tips

Measure the pad before choosing a cover. The full elastic is meant to hold the edges in place, but a loose or overly tight fit can undermine that benefit, make the comparison without that measurement only if you’re comfortable with uncertainty about fit. The 32" x 16" size is the key detail to use when checking your setup.

Think about how you use the changing area, too. If you want a washable cover with a cotton muslin surface and a waterproof underside, the layered construction brings those features together. If your priority is a very thin, single-layer sheet, the quilted padding may feel like more cover than you need. The two-cover format is practical when one is being washed, but the product details don’t specify extra fitted-pad dimensions or additional accessories.

Questions before you buy

What is the surface made of? The top layer is 100% cotton muslin, with soft quilted padding beneath it and a waterproof polyester bottom layer.

How does it stay on the changing pad? A fully encased 360-degree elastic edge is designed to provide a snug fit. Match the cover’s 32" x 16" measurements to your pad before ordering.

Can it go in the washer and dryer? It is machine washable and suitable for low-temperature tumble drying.

Final verdict

These Konssy covers make sense for caregivers who want a soft muslin surface, quilted padding, and a waterproof layer without adding a separate liner to the setup. The two-cover set also gives you a clean spare during laundry. It might not be a great match if you need confirmed compatibility with a pad whose size differs from the listed measurements, or if you prefer a very thin cover. Check the dimensions first, then weigh the layered feel against how much cushioning you want at the changing station.
