## Description

## Key takeaways

For households with large cats or more than one cat, a roomy litter area can make everyday use more comfortable. The KITCATY CALB-301LG measures 28 inches long by 20 inches wide, giving cats space to move inside the box.

Its stainless steel pan has a smooth surface that can be wiped or rinsed, while the 12-inch-high sides help contain litter and urine. The high-wall enclosure connects to the pan with buckles.

The included foot pedal offers a low entry point and helps catch litter from paws. A scoop and rubber mat are also included for a practical setup.

## Quick sizing guide

Check the box’s 28-inch length, 20-inch width, and 12-inch height against the space where you plan to place it. The XXL footprint is suited to buyers prioritizing room for a large cat or a shared litter area, a compact tray may make more sense when saving floor space is the main priority. The gray design combines a stainless steel pan with ABS components.

The raised sides are useful for cats that dig or urinate high, helping keep litter and splashes within the enclosure. Rounded corners and thickened edges make the pan easier to handle, and six rubber pads on its bottom help protect floors from scratches.

## Who it’s for

This box is designed with Maine Coons, Ragdolls, other large cats, and multi-cat households in mind. The extra room supports movement during use, while the tall sides provide more containment than a low-sided tray. The foot pedal can be helpful for older or short-legged cats, and its surface is intended to catch litter carried out on paws.

For routine cleanup, the stainless steel surface is non-stick and does not absorb residue or odor, according to the product details. Wipe it with a damp cloth or rinse it with water. Buyers also commonly highlight its spacious size, easy cleaning, and high walls, some describe it as useful in homes with two cats.
