## Description

The KN85 uses a compact 75% layout with 85 keys, keeping the function row and arrow keys while leaving out the number pad. Its 13.68" x 5.51" footprint helps free up desk space for a mouse or other gear, making it a practical fit for a smaller workstation.

Connect by USB-C, 2.4GHz wireless, or Bluetooth 5.0, then use the same keyboard across a compatible computer, tablet, or phone. Pre-lubed linear switches, customizable RGB lighting, and a hot-swappable design bring a more personal typing setup without requiring soldering to change switches.

## Quick sizing guide
The 75% format suits setups where desk space matters but a compact keyboard should still retain F1–F12 and arrow keys. The KN85 has 85 keys and measures 13.68" L x 5.51" W x 1.77" H. It uses a QWERTY layout and does not have a number pad, so it favors a smaller footprint over dedicated number-entry keys. For everyday typing, coding, gaming, or laptop use, that can leave more room for mouse movement, a full-size layout is the more natural fit when frequent number-pad entry is central to the task.

## What you’ll notice day to day
Choose a wired USB-C connection for a direct setup, or use 2.4GHz or Bluetooth 5.0 for a wireless workspace. Bluetooth supports three channels, which can help when moving between paired devices. The rechargeable 4000mAh battery lets you type wirelessly, and the keyboard can also be used in wired mode while charging.

The pre-lubed linear switches are designed for a smooth keypress, while the gasket mount is intended to soften vibration and hollow-sounding echoes. RGB backlighting can be adjusted with keyboard shortcuts or companion software. Buyer feedback frequently praises the smooth feel, sound, and lighting, some users also report mixed reliability with Bluetooth, so USB-C or 2.4GHz provides another connection option.

What should I use to charge it? Use a 5V 1A charger or a computer USB port. The keyboard can be used in wired mode while charging, and a full charge takes approximately 7–8 hours, depending on use and charging conditions.

## Should you buy it?
The Kisnt KN85 is a useful match for a compact desk where arrow keys and the function row still matter. Its three connection modes suit a flexible device setup, while hot-swappable linear switches and adjustable RGB give typists and gamers room to tailor the keyboard to their preferences.
