## Description

For cat owners who want a roomy litter area with flexible setup options, the KISENG Q5 combines an XL stainless steel pan with a convertible cover. Its front-entry, top-exit design offers more than one way for cats to use the box. The included mat and scoop add practical accessories for everyday litter care.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The 22.83 x 14.96 x 14.96-inch size gives cats space to turn, dig, and move around. High sides and a lid help create a more contained litter area, while the front entry and top exit provide access through different parts of the enclosure. For households choosing between a basic open pan and a covered box, the convertible setup lets you adjust the form to suit your cat and your space. Would an open, partly enclosed, or fully covered arrangement work best? This box can be configured as all three.

The smooth stainless steel surface is designed to resist litter and waste sticking, making scooping and wiping more straightforward. Stainless steel also does not absorb odors or stains like plastic litter pans can, which helps keep the box itself easier to maintain. The included litter mat measures 23.6 x 15.7 inches and is intended to catch tracked litter around the box, the scoop is on hand for routine cleanup.

## Key features

The main distinction is the combination of stainless steel and a three-way convertible design. Use it as a fully enclosed litter box, a semi-enclosed high-sided box, or an open pan. That choice can be useful when a cat’s preference changes or when you want to adapt the setup to the location. The high-sided configuration offers a more contained alternative to a standard low-sided open pan, while the fully enclosed arrangement keeps the litter area covered.

The pan is made from stainless steel and ABS. Its non-stick surface supports easy scooping, rinsing, and wiping, and the design is intended to help prevent urine leakage. These features make the box a practical choice for a regular litter station where straightforward cleanup matters. The mat provides a defined area in front of the box to help reduce litter tracking, and the included scoop supports daily upkeep.

## Getting the most from it

Choose the open, semi-enclosed, or fully enclosed configuration that suits your cat’s routine and the placement of the litter station. Position the included mat at the entrance to catch litter as your cat leaves, and keep the scoop nearby for convenient cleanup. The front entry and top exit give the enclosed design distinct access points, while the adjustable format lets you change the setup without choosing a different style of pan.

For a household comparing stainless steel with a conventional plastic litter pan, the material is a meaningful point of difference: the smooth stainless steel surface is designed not to absorb odors or stains and to release waste more easily during cleaning. The KISENG’s combination of a roomy format, convertible arrangement, and included cleanup accessories brings those everyday considerations into one litter box.

## Final verdict

The KISENG Q5 is suited to cat owners looking for an XL litter box that can move between open and covered configurations. Its stainless steel pan, high-sided design, front entry and top exit, plus the included mat and scoop, make it a versatile option for setting up a practical litter area at home.
