## Description

For home strength training that calls for more than one workout angle, the K KiNGKANG adjustable weight bench combines an 8-position backrest with 3-position elbow pads. Set it up for exercises such as dumbbell presses, flyes, rows, and core work, then fold it for storage when your session is over.

If your priority is a fixed surface, a non-adjustable bench keeps things simple. This model offers more position options for training different areas in one home setup.

## Key points

The backrest adjusts from upright to decline, so you can choose an angle suited to the exercise rather than relying on a single flat position. The elbow pads also have 3 positions, adding another adjustment for workouts targeting the chest, shoulders, back, arms, and abs.

A reinforced steel frame supports a stated maximum load of 1,050 pounds. Its triangular support structure distributes weight across the frame, and widened foot pads help keep the bench steady during exercise. The powder-coated frame is designed to resist scratches from regular handling.

The seat and backrest use 2.4-inch high-density foam padding with a leather cover. That padded surface provides support for seated and lying exercises, while the cover is described as sweat-resistant and easy to clean. Customers often praise the bench’s adjustability and ease of assembly, feedback on sturdiness and durability is mixed, with some also describing the bench as small for their needs.

## Size & fit

In its workout position, the bench measures 51.5 inches long, 13.4 inches wide, and 31.5 inches high. Its foldable design reduces the footprint for storage between workouts, making it useful when a home gym also needs to share space with a bedroom, apartment living area, or home office. At 15.42 kg, it can be moved between rooms as needed.

The bench arrives mostly preassembled, with a few connections to complete using the included tools. This setup makes it practical for someone who wants to add an adjustable training surface without tackling a complicated assembly process.

## Everyday use

For a session that moves from presses to rows and then core exercises, adjust the backrest between movements to suit the position you need. The elbow-pad adjustments support additional exercise variations, while the padded seat and backrest provide contact surfaces for both seated and lying work. When training is done, fold the bench and move it out of the way to reclaim floor space.

It’s a great fit if you want one adjustable bench for a range of home strength exercises and value a fold-away format. The combination of backrest angles, elbow-pad positions, and a stated 1,050-pound maximum load makes it a versatile piece for a dedicated workout corner or a shared-use room.

## Buying verdict

Choose the K KiNGKANG when your home routine benefits from multiple bench angles and storage flexibility. Its adjustable backrest and elbow pads support varied exercise positions, while the foldable frame helps keep the workout area adaptable between sessions.
