## Description

The 7075 aluminum shafts give these KINGGEAR trekking poles a lightweight, collapsible design for trail days and travel. Natural cork grips and EVA palm support help keep hands comfortable as you walk. A quick flip-lock system adjusts the poles from 25.5 to 54 inches, while terrain accessories let you adapt the tips to different surfaces.

## Where it shines
For hiking on changing terrain, poles can add points of contact to help with balance while walking uphill, downhill, or across uneven ground. This pair combines a 7075 aluminum shaft with cork grips shaped to conform to your grip and EVA support at the palm. The adjustable, breathable wrist straps help keep the poles in hand as you move.

The included accessories cover several trail conditions: tungsten carbide tips for rocky terrain, snow baskets for snow, mud baskets for cross-trail use, rubber protective tips, and Nordic walking boot tips. That range makes it easier to set up the poles for a planned walk, from rocky paths to snowy outings. When packing for a hike or backpacking trip, the collapsible shafts fold to 25.5 inches for carrying.

Buyers often praise the poles’ light feel, easy height adjustment, and balance on inclines. Feedback on the flip-lock mechanism is mixed, with some finding it secure and others reporting that it can loosen. Before setting out, make sure the locks are fully engaged at your chosen height.

## How to use it
Adjust each pole to a comfortable height within its range, then secure the flip lock before walking. Choose the included tip or basket that suits the surface: carbide tips for rocky trails, baskets for snow or mud, and rubber or Nordic walking tips for their intended walking surfaces. The straps provide an additional way to keep the poles close at hand during a hike.

For a practical trail setup, use the poles on an incline to support a steady walking rhythm, then switch the accessories to suit the next section of the route. Their collapsible format also makes them easier to pack between outings. Their adjustable range makes them suitable for different users in the family, as described by the manufacturer.

## When it makes sense
Worth considering if you want a pair of adjustable aluminum trekking poles with comfortable cork-and-EVA hand contact and accessories for varied terrain. Compared with choosing a single-purpose walking pole setup, this set offers several tip and basket options alongside a compact folded length. It’s a useful fit for hikers who want portable support for trail walking, inclines, and changing surfaces.
