The stackable bakeware helps keep cabinets organized and reduces storage clutter in smaller kitchens. Silicone utensils and protectors are provided to protect the nonstick surfaces during use and transport. Note that while the pieces are dishwasher-safe according to the manufacturer, hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the coating.
Usage Recommendations
Use medium to low heat to preserve the nonstick surface and avoid metal utensils that may scratch the coating. The kit is compatible with gas, induction, ceramic and electric cooktops, allowing flexible use across different ranges. For baking, nest the carbon steel pans to save space and let pans cool before cleaning to preserve shape and coating. Consider that abrasive cleaners or scouring pads may reduce nonstick performance over time.
