Kichwit Private Property Signs, Double-Sided Plastic Yard Signs with Metal Stakes, 2-Pack

Mark a front-yard entrance or the approach to a front door with a clear private-property notice. These Kichwit signs are printed on both sides, so the message faces people approaching from either direction. Each square sign is designed for ground mounting with metal stakes. The two-sign set gives you the option to mark more than one spot on your property.

The double-sided printing is useful where a sign may be approached from different directions, while the bold lettering is intended to be visible from a distance. The manufacturer describes the signs as waterproof, UV protected, and weather resistant. Those details suit outdoor placement, though they do not establish how long the printing or stakes will hold up in any particular conditions.

Who it’s for

These signs are intended for property owners who want a visible, direct notice near a yard boundary, entry, or front-door approach. Their ground stakes make them a different choice from a notice meant to attach to a door, wall, or fence, the signs need a place where the stakes can be inserted into the ground. Using two signs can also make sense when you want to mark separate approaches rather than rely on one notice at a single entrance.

It’s a great fit if you want the same message visible from both sides without putting a sign directly on your home. It might not be a great match if you need a wall-mounted notice or a sign with wording other than the included private-property message. Buyers generally describe the signs’ quality positively, while some report that metal stakes were missing from their packages. That’s a practical point to keep in mind when you receive the set.

In the box

The package description lists two plastic signs and four separate metal stakes, with two stakes used to install each sign. Assembly is described as tool-free. The listing also says the installed signs stand 21.5 inches high, which can help you judge whether that placement suits the area you have in mind. Since some buyers report missing stakes, confirm that the listed parts are present before planning to install both signs.

Should you buy it?

Choose this set if you want two ground-mounted, double-sided notices for a yard or entrance and the fixed wording suits your needs. The square 11.8-inch panels offer a visible message without relying on a small, single-sided marker, and having two signs allows placement at separate points. If you only need one notice, or your intended location has no suitable ground for stakes, this two-sign ground-mount format may not suit your setup. Its clearest advantage is straightforward: the same notice can be read from either side, with no tools required for installation.
