Kenmore Elite 31150 Upright Vacuum 3D Inducer Motor

This Kenmore Elite 31150 bagged upright vacuum brings stronger suction and cleaner air for homes with pets and varied floor types. It pairs a wide sweeper path and a beltless agitator with a pet-focused hand tool so you can tackle hair on furniture, stairs and in vehicles with less snagging and fewer clogs. If you prioritize low maintenance and high filtration, this model aims to reduce airborne dander and dust during regular cleaning, while still letting you switch surfaces quickly.

Key takeaways

The design emphasizes pet hair removal and overall air quality, featuring a dedicated Pet Handi-Mate tool powered by an air-driven turbine that lifts stubborn fur from upholstery. According to the manufacturer, the triple HEPA filter system captures 99.97 percent of debris which helps limit allergy-triggering particles. The 3D Inducer Motor supplies increased air power, and the beltless agitator lowers upkeep and repair needs, so cleaning stays efficient over time.

Where it shines

You’ll notice easier pet hair pickup on soft surfaces thanks to the air-driven turbine brush, and smoother transitions from carpet to hard floor because of the wide path and the second bare floor tool. The beltless agitator reduces routine interventions, so the machine spends more time cleaning and less time in maintenance. The triple HEPA setup focuses on trapping fine particles rather than releasing them back into the room which matters when household allergy control is a goal.

Everyday use

Worth considering if you need reliable hair removal and improved air filtration during frequent cleaning sessions, especially in homes with pets or mixed floor plans. It may not be the best match if you require a cordless design or ultra-compact storage, as this is a full upright unit focused on power and filtration.
