## Description

Some workouts call for a streamlined surface, while others benefit from more room and cushioning. The KEEP ym10-gre-21564843 yoga mat is designed for the latter, with a wide 72 x 32-inch layout and 10mm NBR foam. Its dual-sided ridges provide a textured grip for floor-based movement. Use it for yoga, Pilates, stretching, meditation, or bodyweight exercises at home or in the gym.

## What to know
The extra-thick NBR foam creates a cushioned surface for exercises that involve kneeling, stretching, or holding poses on the floor. Its 72 x 32-inch dimensions give you more space to change positions and extend your limbs than a narrower mat. That added room can be useful when a workout moves between yoga poses, Pilates movements, and floor exercises.

Ridges on both sides help the mat grip the floor and provide traction for your hands during movement. The combination of cushioning, width, and textured surfaces makes this a practical choice for sessions where you want room to move and a supportive layer beneath you. Customers commonly praise the thickness, comfort, and generous size, with some noting that the cushioning is welcome during workouts on hard floors.

## Care tips
Hand wash the mat to care for its NBR material. After exercise, let it dry before rolling it up for storage. The mat rolls for storage and comes with a carrying strap, making it easier to bring along to a gym session or move between workout spaces.

## Who it’s for
This mat suits people who want more coverage than a compact exercise surface provides, especially for routines that include wide stretches or varied floor positions. It can also be a useful option for anyone who values extra cushioning under the knees, back, or other contact points during floor work. If your routine combines yoga with Pilates, meditation, or bodyweight training, the broad format supports that mix without needing a separate surface for each activity.

It’s a great fit if you want a cushioned, extra-wide mat for home workouts and appreciate being able to roll it up and carry it when your training moves elsewhere. The green color gives the mat a clear, distinctive look in a home workout area.

## Before you decide
**What activities can I use this mat for?** It is designed for yoga, Pilates, stretching, meditation, and bodyweight exercises, so it works for a range of floor-based routines.

**How much room does the mat provide?** It measures 72 inches long by 32 inches wide, giving you space to stretch and move through poses.

**Can I take it to another workout location?** Yes. The mat rolls up and includes a carrying strap for transport between home, the gym, or another workout space.

## When it makes sense
Choose this KEEP mat when extra cushioning and a wider workout area matter more than a compact footprint. Its 10mm NBR construction, textured grip on both sides, and 72 x 32-inch surface make it well suited to yoga, Pilates, stretching, and other floor routines where room to move and a cushioned base are useful.
