## Description

If your yoga or floor workout calls for more room than a standard mat provides, the KEEP Extra Wide Yoga Mat gives you a 32-inch-wide surface for moving through poses. Its 7mm thickness adds cushioning under knees and elbows, while textured surfaces on both sides are designed to support grip. Need to move between poses without crowding the edges? The 72-inch length and included carry strap also make it practical to take to class.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The extra width is useful for stretches and poses that take up more side-to-side space, and the generous surface can also serve for Pilates or other floor exercises at home. The 7mm TPE padding gives your joints a cushioned contact point during kneeling and seated movements. When it is time to pack up, the adjustable polyester strap makes the mat easier to carry to a class or another workout space.

The top layer has a fingerprint-like texture, and the underside has an anti-slip pattern. These details are designed to provide grip and a steady base while you practice. Buyer feedback is mixed on traction and durability: some appreciate the grip and lasting use, while others report slipping or surface wear. That range of experiences is useful context if grip and long-term surface condition are central to your choice.

Avoid soaking the mat for extended periods or leaving it in direct sunlight for long stretches, these simple steps help keep it ready for regular practice.
