## Description

## Specifications

For yoga flows, Pilates, or a home workout, the KEEP Extra Wide Yoga Mat gives you more room to move than a standard-width mat. Its 32-inch width and 7mm padding create a spacious surface for poses, stretches, and floor exercises, with cushioning beneath knees and elbows.

The pale green TPE mat has a textured surface on both sides and comes with an adjustable polyester carry strap for trips to class or the gym.

- Type: Yoga and exercise mat
- Dimensions: 72" L x 32" W x 0.28" thick
- Material: Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE)
- Color: Pale green
- Care: Clean with a damp cloth and cold water or rinse with clean water, lay flat to dry
- Included accessory: Adjustable polyester carry strap

## How to use it

Unroll the mat on your workout surface and use the extra width for poses that extend your arms or legs, transitions between positions, and Pilates or stretching routines. The upper texture is designed to provide grip and control, while the patterned underside helps keep the mat in place. This two-sided design gives you a defined practice area for both slower sessions and more active movement.

The 7mm padding adds a cushioned layer between your body and the floor. That can be useful for kneeling work, seated stretches, and exercises that put pressure on elbows or joints. Compared with a narrower mat, the 32-inch width offers more lateral room to adjust your stance without needing to reposition the mat as often.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Use the included adjustable strap to carry the mat to a yoga class, the gym, or another workout space. After a session, wipe it with a cloth dampened with cold water or rinse it with clean water, then lay it flat to dry. Avoid soaking it for extended periods or leaving it in direct sunlight for long durations. Before its first workout, let the mat air out.

Buyers often highlight the generous size, padding, and pale green color. Feedback on grip and durability is more varied: some appreciate the traction, while others report sliding hands or feet, comments on how well the mat holds up also differ. These experiences can help set expectations for a mat intended to provide extra room and cushioning across yoga, Pilates, and general floor workouts.

## Questions before you buy

## Buying verdict

Choose the KEEP mat when extra floor space and cushioned support are priorities for your home routine or studio practice. Its 72" x 32" surface, 7mm thickness, textured two-sided design, and carry strap make it a practical fit for yoga, Pilates, stretching, and varied floor workouts.
