## Description

For a solar setup where the panel needs to connect to a charge controller across a longer run, the JXMXRPV solar cable extension provides a pair of 33 ft leads with solar connectors already installed. The 10 AWG cables are rated for up to 30A and 1,000V DC, making the key electrical ratings easy to match against your system requirements.

Weather-resistant construction and an IP68 rating support indoor or outdoor use. Protective tubing helps shield the paired red and black wires from abrasion as you route them around a home, boat, or RV.

## Getting the most from it
Connect one end to a compatible solar panel and the other to a solar controller, using the installed connectors to make the connection. The self-locking design locks in place and can be opened when needed. Check that the cable’s ratings and connectors match the equipment in your solar system before connecting it.

The pair of red and black leads makes polarity easier to identify while routing and connecting the system. Protective tubing helps guard the wires against abrasion from dragging or twisting during installation. For a panel positioned farther from its controller, a 33 ft extension offers more reach than a short lead, it can also serve wiring setups involving boats, ships, automobiles, RVs, LEDs, inverters, and other low-voltage electronic devices.

## Included in the package
The package contains a pair of 33 ft solar extension cables, one red and one black. The cables are terminated with two male and two female solar connectors, so the connection points are ready to use with compatible equipment.

## What to clarify
**Can these cables connect a solar panel to a charge controller?** Yes. They are described for connecting one end to a solar panel and the other to a solar controller. Match the connectors and electrical ratings to your equipment.

**Are the connectors already installed?** Yes. Both cables come terminated with solar connectors, with male and female connectors across the pair. Their self-locking design locks and opens for connection and disconnection.

**Can the extension be used outdoors?** Yes. It is rated IP68 and is specified for indoor and outdoor use. Its protective tubing helps resist abrasion as the cables are routed.

## Is it worth it?
This extension is a practical fit when a solar panel installation calls for a longer, pre-terminated connection rather than a short lead or separately assembled wiring. The 33 ft pair, 10 AWG conductors, 30A maximum current rating, and IP68 design make it suited to compatible solar panel and controller setups, as well as listed low-voltage wiring uses on boats, RVs, and vehicles.
