Jocoevol Enclosed Carport 13x21 ft

Keeping a vehicle outdoors leaves it exposed to sun, rain, and dust. This enclosed carport adds a PE tarp shelter and removable sidewalls and doors to create a more covered storage area.

The 13x21 ft size is intended for larger storage needs, including vehicles and equipment. Its galvanized steel frame and added supports give the setup more structure than a basic open canopy.

One important limit: the listing says not to use it in snowy conditions. That makes the weather you expect a key part of the buying decision.

Key specifications

The cover is made from PE tarp, described as protection against sun, rain, and dust. The frame is galvanized steel. Double-layer mesh windows are designed to encourage airflow, while the windows, sidewalls, and doors can be rolled up or removed according to the product name and description. That flexibility can be useful when you want shelter but also need ventilation or easier access.

For the 13x21 ft model, the description specifies eight support legs and reinforced top poles. It also names 420D Oxford fabric sandbags, wind ropes, and ground stakes as stability features. The tarp attaches with elastic rope ball fasteners. These details point to a setup with more support than a simple tarp canopy, though they don’t remove the stated snow restriction. The listing does not provide a wind rating or a snow-load rating, so those should not be assumed.

Who it’s for

This may suit a homeowner who needs flexible outdoor cover for a car, boat, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, or small agricultural equipment. For instance, a parked motorcycle can stay under the tarp with the sidewalls closed, then the windows can be opened to allow airflow. The removable panels also offer a less enclosed setup when convenient access matters more than full coverage.

It makes sense if you want a larger shelter with mesh ventilation and included stability components rather than a basic open canopy. It might not be a great match if snow is a regular concern, or if you need protection backed by a stated weather or load rating. For longer-term storage, airflow is a useful feature, but the listing does not specify how the shelter performs in particular climates. Without having tried it, assembly looks designed to be straightforward: the tarp uses elastic rope ball fasteners, but no assembly time or tool requirements are provided.

Box contents

The product information names sandbags, wind ropes, and ground stakes as part of the stability setup, and the product name also calls out sandbags. It does not give a complete, itemized package list, so details such as the number of ropes or stakes are not specified. The carport is described with a PE tarp, galvanized steel frame, mesh windows, sidewalls, and doors, check the seller’s full package details if you need to confirm every included piece before purchase.

Practical doubts

Can it be used in snowy weather? No. The product listing explicitly says it is not recommended for snowy conditions.

Does it allow airflow when enclosed? It has double-layer mesh windows intended to improve ventilation. The description does not provide airflow measurements or say how much the windows can be opened.

What helps keep the larger model stable? The 13x21 ft version is described with eight support legs, reinforced top poles, 420D Oxford fabric sandbags, wind ropes, and ground stakes. No specific wind rating is provided.

Buying verdict

Choose this Jocoevol carport if the 13x21 ft format, removable enclosure, and ventilation suit your outdoor storage needs, and your conditions are not snowy. Its stated frame and support details make it more substantial in design than a basic tarp canopy. Skip it if you need a snow-ready shelter, a documented weather rating, or a fully itemized package list before deciding.
