Jaroco Phone Case for iPhone 15 Pro Max

The built-in magnetic ring is the standout feature here: it’s designed to work with MagSafe accessories while letting you keep the case on for wireless charging. The matte, non-slip back also aims to feel more secure in your hand and show fewer fingerprints than a glossy finish. Add a two-layer bumper and the listed military-grade drop protection, and this case is geared toward everyday handling with extra impact protection. Keep in mind that its stated compatibility is limited to iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Key points

This is a black, translucent matte case with a magnetic ring, a two-layer bumper, and cutouts shaped for the phone’s volume and side buttons. The listing says its magnetic alignment supports wireless chargers, car mounts, battery banks, wallets, and most MagSafe accessories. That broad accessory focus is useful if you switch between charging at a desk and attaching your phone to a car mount, you don’t have to remove the case for wireless charging, according to the product details.

The description also claims the case withstands a 10-foot military-grade drop test. That’s a stated protection claim, not a guarantee against damage in every fall, and the supplied details don’t explain the test conditions. If you want a slim, barely-there cover above all else, the two-layer bumper may be a less appealing approach than a simpler case.

How it fits

The case is made specifically for iPhone 15 Pro Max, listed as the 6.7-inch model. Its cutouts are intended to line up with the volume buttons and side button, while the shape follows the phone’s curves. The listing describes it as lightweight and designed to avoid adding bulk, though it gives no dimensions or weight for comparing it with other cases.

A solid pick if you want a grippy matte finish and magnetic accessory support in one case. It might not be a great match if you need a cover for a different iPhone model, since compatibility with other devices isn’t stated. It also makes more sense for someone who values a bumper and magnetic convenience than for a buyer looking for the least noticeable layer possible.

Tips for day-to-day use

The non-slip texture is meant to help during ordinary one-handed use, such as checking a message while carrying a bag or setting the phone down between calls. The matte surface is described as less prone to fingerprints and smudges than a glossy back, although it may still need wiping. For a magnetic car mount or wallet, check that your accessory is among the MagSafe-compatible types the listing describes, support for most accessories doesn’t establish compatibility with every individual product.

When charging wirelessly, leave the case on as described, then make sure the phone and charger are positioned correctly. Ten-foot drop-test language can be reassuring when accidental bumps are a concern, but it shouldn’t replace careful handling or be read as a promise that the phone will come through every impact undamaged.

Practical doubts

Does this case fit other iPhone models? The listing specifies iPhone 15 Pro Max only. It doesn’t confirm fit for other iPhone models.

Can you charge wirelessly with the case on? Yes. The product details say wireless charging works with the case on, and describe the built-in ring as compatible with MagSafe accessories.

Is the back glossy? No. It’s described as a translucent matte finish with a non-slip feel, intended to show fewer fingerprints than a glossy surface.

Is it worth it?

Choose this case if your iPhone 15 Pro Max needs a matte grip, magnetic accessory support, and a bumper-style layer in one cover. Its practical appeal is strongest for people who regularly use wireless charging or magnetic mounts and want to leave the case on. The tradeoff is that the drop protection comes from a stated test claim, with no test details provided here, and the fit is limited to the specified phone. If you want a different model’s case or prioritize the thinnest possible cover, look for an option designed around that need instead.
