For people who want more than a weight reading, it also connects to an app for viewing and tracking a broader set of body-composition data over time. Its 400-pound capacity and support for multiple user profiles make it suited to a shared household routine. The key trade-off is that buyers report mixed experiences with accuracy and app access, so those details matter if you plan to rely on the measurements or connected features. ## The essentials The screen shows weight, body fat, BMI, body water, and muscle mass. The INSMART Life app tracks changes over days, weeks, and months and provides access to 24 metrics, including bone mass, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, lean body mass, and protein. That gives the scale a broader role than a basic model that displays weight alone, especially for someone keeping an eye on several measurements as part of a fitness or weight-loss routine. The scale has a tempered-glass surface with an ITO coating, four sets of electrodes, and four sets of sensors. Its stated maximum capacity is 400 pounds. The display is designed to show key readings directly, while Bluetooth and app syncing offer another way to follow trends. It can also sync data with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Fitbit. ## How to use it For the on-scale body measurements, the instructions specify stepping on barefoot. The five core readings appear on the display, so you can see them without opening the app. For longer-term tracking, the app records changes over time. Multiple users can create separate profiles, and the product listing also identifies baby and pet modes. That setup fits a household where different people want their own tracking history. If the goal is simply to check body weight now and then, a basic digital scale may be the more straightforward choice, the INSMART’s extra value is in its additional metrics and connected records. ## Getting the most from it Use the app’s history to compare readings across days or weeks rather than treating a single body-composition result as the whole picture. That makes the scale more relevant to someone who wants a regular record alongside a fitness or weight-loss plan. Its large display is useful when you want to read the core measurements at the scale, while the app supports a more detailed view. Buyer feedback is mixed on a few points. Some customers appreciate the phone connection and the amount of health information, while others report problems with functionality, app availability, or the accuracy of body-fat readings. Experiences with overall accuracy also vary. If dependable app access or precise composition readings are central to your decision, those reports are worth weighing against the convenience of having several measurements in one device. ## Questions before you buy **Which measurements appear on the display?** Weight, body fat, BMI, body water, and muscle mass are listed as the five readings shown on the screen. **Can the scale keep records for more than one person?** Yes. The listing says users can create independent profiles in the app and also mentions baby and pet modes. **Which health platforms can receive synced data?** The product information names Apple Health, Google Fit, and Fitbit, in addition to the INSMART Life app. ## Final verdict It suits you if you want a bathroom scale that combines a clear on-device readout with a wider set of app-based measurements and household profiles. It’s not for you if you only need a simple weight reading, or if mixed buyer feedback on app access and body-composition accuracy would undermine your confidence in the features you plan to use. ## Images ![INSMART Smart Bathroom Scale with 24 Metrics, Bluetooth and Large Display — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/X2qvC0vZhQkMoISgxUWy-YJcHDFti8ek7wbOckqw38Zo0ydTG9WdOOxpBqv2i3PwFCsdocW2Y0_S1_QiQg6puEiG41cKQdTn42jG9J_4G4nUAiDSINv_cw.jpg) ![INSMART Smart Bathroom Scale with 24 Metrics, Bluetooth and Large Display — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/-G5XFWV8OtZrqzZkbLq2CRmVb9W4UalWsFU6YZ2xr93dFUp3xTMmvODYae09NlO_FQj_Fx72MICBbkOSleiCTR4KCRY-Utw4R1uL0XyCfOAzCsmGouFVdw.jpg) ![INSMART Smart Bathroom Scale with 24 Metrics, Bluetooth and Large Display — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/4DkV15h-b1VPDmX4unEr6mcEcHQQNAqaoD00Xwlf0W91puXBb6XOyCB3oqqEXXniGR6v8AfQmtWgOuyo4wCh6F02B9P7rvebZeRU9w7c699BrTxhyF3sUA.jpg) ![INSMART Smart Bathroom Scale with 24 Metrics, Bluetooth and Large Display — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/2zNE_Ww1CJQS75etuFz8KA-sTF6cdGCJ35sqMUCNQDh0fZP8-Xb38zPqI3N4w3lyxA7c52765TcGaiaIWjKx3VjN28kvFYx8nvfU9X9-tsby9NIQcRdDEA.jpg) ![INSMART Smart Bathroom Scale with 24 Metrics, Bluetooth and Large Display — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/9lc-2nFXfN8CjR0F6GXW1r2HyabOsVihZ1MI0SF3sLBwZ9r5z2wCuBhqypYL-73jayAbeQRP4wMnAzSeCHnbjBTNZLCwhmOYoJp5z7e44Zrr5Ks8aMcUNA.jpg)
