## Description

## Getting the most from it

The 120-capsule bottle is intended for a capsule-based magnesium routine. Each capsule contains 500mg of magnesium glycinate, a chelated form also called magnesium bisglycinate, and provides 70mg of elemental magnesium. Those figures describe different things: the glycinate amount is the weight of the compound, while elemental magnesium is the amount of magnesium itself.

That distinction matters when comparing supplements. Check the elemental amount if you are choosing based on how much magnesium each capsule provides, rather than comparing the larger compound-weight number alone. The product is non-buffered and labeled vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free.

## Pros

The capsule format offers a straightforward way to add magnesium glycinate to an existing routine, without a powder or flavored drink. The formula is also described as free of dairy, soy, corn, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, artificial colors, flavors, binders, and fillers. People checking ingredient exclusions may find that list useful, though anyone with a specific dietary concern should rely on the product label for the full current ingredient information.

Some buyers describe feeling more relaxed or sleeping better, while others are divided on the product’s value and magnesium content. These are individual reports, not a promise of a particular result. The difference between 500mg of magnesium glycinate and 70mg of elemental magnesium is especially relevant here: a shopper comparing products by the larger headline number may interpret the amount differently than someone comparing elemental magnesium per capsule.

Worth considering if you want a vegan, non-buffered magnesium glycinate capsule and are comfortable evaluating the 70mg elemental amount on its own. You may want to skip it if your choice depends on getting 500mg of elemental magnesium per capsule, that is not the amount listed for this product.

## Final verdict

This is a specific-formula supplement, not a 500mg elemental-magnesium capsule. Its clearest buying point is the combination of magnesium glycinate, a non-buffered formula, and a capsule format, with several dietary exclusions stated in the product details. For a practical comparison, use the elemental amount rather than the glycinate compound weight, that makes it easier to compare with products that list magnesium in a different form or emphasize a different number. Choose it if those formula details and the stated 70mg elemental amount suit your needs. If you are selecting a supplement for a particular health concern or need, the listing alone does not establish that it is appropriate for you.
