## Description

## Usage tips
The 18" x 30" microfiber surface absorbs up to four times its weight in water, giving hand-washed dishes a dedicated place to drain while helping manage countertop drips. Need room for plates, utensils, and cookware? The jumbo mat can hold dishes directly or sit beneath a drying rack. Its reversible design gives you another usable side.

Use it beside the sink after washing pots, pans, glassware, or cutlery. You can also place it under a mixer or blender to help protect the counter from scratches and scuffs, or use it as a drying pad for produce. Compared with spreading out a dish towel, this mat provides a designated drying area, unlike a stone drying mat, it can be machine washed.

## Pros
The polyester microfiber and foam core provide a cushioned surface for delicate dishes and wine glasses. That makes the mat useful when you want to air-dry fragile items without placing them directly on a hard counter. The broad 18" x 30" format also gives you space to arrange cookware and smaller pieces together.

Buyers often highlight the mat’s absorbency, useful size, and performance for everyday dish drying. Some also appreciate that it dries fairly quickly after washing. These are customer impressions, while the practical appeal is clear: the mat is reusable, reversible, and designed for regular kitchen use.

## Worth noting
For best results, wash the mat before its first use and machine wash it frequently in cold water with like colors. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and dryer sheets, tumble dry on low and do not iron. Allow it to dry thoroughly between uses. Following these care steps helps keep a reusable drying surface ready for the next round of dishes.

The black, solid-color design fits easily into a range of kitchen setups, while the mat’s uses extend beyond dishes. Place it beneath a dish rack to catch drips, or use it as a surface for drying produce. When it is not in use, the fabric mat can be stored with other kitchen linens.

## Questions before you buy
**How much water can the mat absorb?** It absorbs up to four times its own weight in water, helping manage drips from hand-washed dishes and cookware.

**Can I put dishes directly on it, or should I use a rack?** Either approach works: place dishes, utensils, pots, pans, or glassware directly on the mat, or position it beneath a dish-drying rack.

**How should I wash it?** Machine wash in cold water with like colors, then tumble dry on low. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or dryer sheets, and allow the mat to dry thoroughly between uses.

## When it makes sense
Choose this S&T INC. mat when you want a reusable, absorbent landing area for hand-washed dishes without relying on a towel spread across the counter. Its jumbo 18" x 30" size, cushioned microfiber surface, and reversible design suit everyday dish drying, while machine-washable care makes it practical to keep in regular rotation.
