## Description

For gamers who need a wired headset with a microphone across compatible consoles and computers, the IMYB A36 combines a 3.5mm connection with an over-ear design. Its 50mm neodymium drivers deliver stereo sound with a surround-sound feature for gaming and entertainment. RGB lighting adds a gaming-focused look, while an in-line volume control keeps adjustments close at hand.

## What to know
The A36 connects through a 3.5mm audio jack and is listed for use with PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and other devices with a 3.5mm jack. For an older Xbox One controller version, an adapter is required. The included 1-to-2 3.5mm audio splitter cable supports setups that use separate audio and microphone connections.

The 50mm dynamic neodymium drivers are designed to bring depth and detail to game audio, while the stereo surround feature adds an immersive dimension for play and entertainment. An integrated omnidirectional microphone has noise-isolating functionality to support in-game communication. Use the microphone mute button when you want to silence it, and turn the rotary control to adjust volume without navigating device settings.

The wired design uses a braided, tangle-resistant 6.5ft cable. That gives you a direct connection for a gaming station, laptop, or other compatible device, without relying on wireless connectivity. RGB lighting completes the headset’s gaming-oriented design.

## Size & fit
The over-ear earcups have soft faux-leather cushions, and the padded headband adjusts to suit the wearer. At 0.77 lb, the headset has a lightweight design intended for extended gaming sessions. Its ABS and faux-leather construction combines a structured headset body with cushioned contact points around the ears.

Buyers express mixed views about sound quality: some praise it, while others mention audio cutting out, static, or echo. Feedback on value is also divided. These are individual impressions, so they are best considered alongside the A36’s documented features, such as its wired 3.5mm connection, microphone controls, and multi-platform use.

## How to use it
Connect the 3.5mm plug to a compatible controller or device, then use the headset’s volume control to set your preferred level. For a PC setup that uses separate audio and microphone ports, the included splitter cable is designed for that connection style. Position the microphone for voice chat and use its mute button as needed. On an older Xbox One controller version, use the required adapter.

The adjustable headband and over-ear cushions make the A36 suited to gaming at a desk or console, while its 6.5ft cable supports a wired setup with some distance between the player and the connected device. It can also serve for general entertainment on compatible 3.5mm devices.

## When it makes sense
Choose the IMYB A36 if you want one wired gaming headset for compatible consoles and computers, with an integrated mic, on-headset volume and mute controls, and RGB styling. Compared with choosing a wireless headset, this model centers on a direct 3.5mm connection, that approach suits a gaming setup where the device has a compatible jack and a wired connection fits the way you play. A solid pick if you want over-ear comfort features and straightforward controls for gaming and everyday entertainment.
