ILPEOD RMPXD01 Baby Play Mat, 39 x 59-Inch Coral Velvet Memory Foam Rug

At 39 x 59 inches, the ILPEOD RMPXD01 creates a dedicated floor space for play, tummy time, and early crawling. Its coral velvet surface gives babies a soft place to settle, while the memory foam filling adds cushioning between little ones and the floor.

Use it as a nursery rug, a play area, or a comfortable spot for sitting on the floor. The rectangular format makes it easy to position in a playroom, bedroom, or living room.

Unlike a simple fabric blanket, this mat pairs a plush surface with foam padding in one floor covering. That combination makes it useful for everyday play and family time at floor level.

How to use it

Place the mat on the floor to set up a soft surface for supervised play, tummy time, rolling, and crawling. Its 39 x 59-inch footprint gives babies and toddlers room to move, while also serving as a cushioned spot for sitting together. It can work as a nursery rug or playroom mat, and the soft surface is also suitable for stretching or other floor activities.

For cleaning, spot clean or hand wash, then let the mat air dry. This routine is practical for keeping the play area fresh after regular use. As with any floor play, keep children supervised and use the mat on a suitable surface.

What you’ll notice day to day

The velvet cover gives the mat a soft feel for floor play, while the foam filling provides a padded surface for activities such as tummy time and crawling. Its generous rectangular shape can define a play area without needing a separate rug and cushion. When play is over, it also offers a comfortable place for an adult to sit nearby or join in at floor level.

Buyers often praise the plush feel and padding, especially for tummy time and for toddlers practicing early movement. Some also find it comfortable for adults to sit on and convenient to vacuum. Cushioning expectations vary, however, with some buyers saying it feels less padded than they expected. That makes this mat a useful choice for shoppers looking for a soft, foam-filled rug for everyday floor activities, rather than a fabric-only covering.
