## Description

Some torch tasks call for compact, one-handed handling, others benefit from a steadier two-handed grip. The Ignisio propane torch gun is designed to switch between those approaches with a detachable front handle.

Trigger ignition starts the flame, and the adjustable control lets you select a flame for different jobs. Maximum heat is listed at 3272°F, with applications ranging from lighting charcoal to searing steak and outdoor yard work.

Need one torch for both grilling and longer outdoor tasks? Its removable handle provides a practical way to change how you hold it without tools.

## What to know

This propane torch uses standard 16 oz propane tanks, sold separately. Its trigger ignition and adjustable flame make it useful for tasks that call for direct heat, including starting charcoal or a campfire, searing food, welding, and burning weeds. The listed maximum temperature is 3272°F, flame output can be adjusted for the job at hand.

The body combines aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel, and the torch is silver. A secure gas seal and anti-flare design are described as features for controlled operation. The product is also described as UL certified.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Attach the front handle for a two-handed hold during longer outdoor work, such as weeding or welding. Remove it without tools for compact, one-handed handling for tasks such as searing steak or lighting charcoal. This convertible design gives the torch a different feel from a fixed-handle model, while keeping both approaches within one tool.

For setup, fully close the valve before attaching the propane tank. The usage instructions say to turn the knob 45°–90° to ignite. When working on the ground, such as burning weeds or melting snow, keep the torch at a 30°–45° angle and the tank upright. Do not tilt the tank beyond 45° or run the torch continuously for more than 1–2 minutes. After use, detach the tank. The nozzle becomes extremely hot, so keep hands clear and allow it to cool safely.

## Best use cases

For a cookout, use the torch to light charcoal or sear steak, for a campfire, direct flame at the kindling. The adjustable control also suits jobs that need a different flame setting, including melting cheese or caramelizing desserts. For outdoor projects, attach the front handle for added two-handed control when burning weeds, clearing brush, welding, or melting snow.

Use the torch in a well-ventilated area, keep it away from children, and have a fire extinguisher nearby. These practices matter whether the job is food preparation or outdoor work, especially around an open flame and a hot nozzle.

## Before you decide

**Which propane tank does it use?** It works with standard 16 oz propane tanks. The tank is sold separately, so have a compatible tank ready for use.

**Can the handle be removed?** Yes. The front handle detaches without tools, allowing a two-handed setup for longer outdoor tasks or a more compact, one-handed configuration.

**What safety steps should I follow?** Close the valve before attaching the tank, keep the tank upright, and follow the stated angle guidance for ground use. Avoid continuous operation beyond 1–2 minutes, detach the tank after use, and keep clear of the hot nozzle. Operate in a well-ventilated area with a fire extinguisher nearby.

## Should you buy it?

The Ignisio torch suits buyers who want one propane tool for grilling, campfire and charcoal starting, and a range of outdoor heat tasks. Its trigger ignition, adjustable flame, and removable front handle let you adapt how you work, whether you need compact handling for a cooking task or a two-handed grip for a longer project.
