IDL Packaging Brown Kraft Paper Roll, 36" x 2160", 30 lb Uncoated Paper

At 36 inches wide and 2160 inches long, this IDL Packaging brown kraft paper roll provides a continuous sheet for wrapping, packing, and creative projects. Its uncoated, unwaxed paper has a light brown color and a 30 lb weight.

The roll is intended for jobs that call for flexible paper rather than a shaped or padded packing material. It can be cut to size for gift wrapping, box cushioning, surface covering, or art projects.

Need one roll for both household packing and craft use? This format can serve either purpose, though paper alone is not the same as padded protection for fragile items.

Usage tips

For wrapping gifts or covering a work surface, cut a section to suit the item instead of handling the full roll. The 36-inch width gives you room for larger sheets, while the 180-foot length supports repeated tasks such as covering tables, protecting items from dust, or sketching and drawing. For box packing, paper can be crumpled to fill empty space or layered around items, choose additional protective materials when an item needs cushioning beyond what paper provides.

It suits you if you want one roll for a mix of wrapping, moving, storage, and DIY tasks. Compared with buying a dedicated craft pad or ready-made gift wrap, a roll lets you cut larger or differently sized pieces as needed. Its uncoated surface is also suitable for drawing and painting projects, though the product details do not specify how it performs with particular paints or markers.

What stands out

The main practical advantage is the combination of a broad roll and a long continuous length. That makes it adaptable to jobs where standard gift-wrap sheets or smaller craft paper packs may not provide the sheet size you need. The paper is described as pliable and breathable, and the uncoated finish keeps it in a simple paper format for wrapping, void filling, table covering, and crafts.

Buyer feedback reflects a range of expectations. Some customers appreciate the roll’s size and use it for varied tasks, while comments about durability are mixed: some find it holds up well, and others say it tears easily, especially when folded. Some also describe the paper as thinner than expected, and opinions on the color vary. If you need a consistently padded or tear-resistant material, this plain kraft roll may not meet that specific need.

Should you buy it?

Choose this roll if you value a wide, long sheet that can move between everyday wrapping, packing, and creative work. It’s not for you if you need cushioning built into the material or rely on a particular thickness or shade beyond the listed 30 lb weight and brown color. For a general-purpose paper supply, its format is most useful when you expect to cut sheets to fit different tasks rather than buy a separate product for each one.
