## Description

## Everyday use
Some players want a familiar controller layout, others want extra inputs they can tailor to their play style. The Hyperkin Armor3 NuChamp Pro adds four remappable back buttons to a wireless gamepad designed for Nintendo Switch systems. Textured rubberized grips and an ergonomic shape support comfortable handling during extended sessions. Use the rear controls to bring selected inputs within easier reach in action, fighting, shooter, platform, and adventure games.

The wireless Bluetooth connection gives you room to play without a cable tethering the controller to the system. Its pro-style layout is suited to quick, repeated inputs, while the back buttons let you set up controls around the games you play. That combination is useful when you want more ways to access commands without changing your usual grip.

## What stands out
The defining feature is the set of four remappable back buttons. Assigning chosen inputs to these controls can make them easier to reach during a match or while navigating a demanding game. It also gives you a way to adapt the controller to different play styles, rather than relying only on the standard face-button layout.

The textured rubberized grips add a secure-feeling surface, and the ergonomic design is intended for long sessions. Together, these features make the controller a practical fit for play that involves sustained handling, whether you’re working through a lengthy adventure or switching between fast-action genres. Its black finish keeps the look understated, while the pro-style layout focuses attention on accessible controls.

## Key takeaways
Armor3 is compatible with Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch OLED, Nintendo Switch Lite, and the original Nintendo Switch. The four rear buttons can be remapped, so you can choose inputs that suit your preferred setup. Wireless Bluetooth connectivity, ergonomic shaping, and textured grips round out a controller built around customization and comfortable handling. If you’re choosing between a straightforward gamepad and one with configurable rear inputs, this model’s clearest distinction is the added control flexibility.

For a practical setup, assign a frequently used action to a back button before starting a game, then keep your hands in their natural position on the grips as you play. The ability to tailor those inputs is especially relevant in titles where quick access to several commands matters.

## What to clarify
**Which Nintendo Switch systems are compatible?** Armor3 is listed as compatible with Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch OLED, Nintendo Switch Lite, and the original Nintendo Switch.

**Can the rear buttons be customized?** Yes. The controller has four remappable back buttons, allowing you to assign inputs to those controls.

**What kind of connection does it use?** It connects wirelessly over Bluetooth, giving you freedom to play without a wired controller connection.

## Buying verdict
Choose the Hyperkin Armor3 NuChamp Pro if you want a wireless controller for supported Nintendo Switch systems with more configurable inputs than a basic layout provides. Its four remappable back buttons, textured rubberized grips, and ergonomic design make it a focused choice for players who value control customization and comfortable handling across different game genres.
