## Description

At 6.8 feet, this HOYECHI Halloween spider makes a substantial focal point for an outdoor display. Its metal frame is covered in black polyester, with purple LEDs across the body and green LEDs in the eyes. The plug-in lighted design brings color and detail to a front yard, porch, or garden for Halloween.

## Everyday use
Place the spider in an outdoor Halloween scene where its large silhouette and colored lights can stand out after dark. It suits a yard display, a porch arrangement, or a party setting, and the ground stake helps secure it on grass or soil. The AC-powered lights keep the decoration connected to an outlet rather than relying on batteries, making it a practical choice for a spot where power is available.

Assembly connects the eight legs to the body, followed by the light connector. That straightforward setup helps turn the spider into a prominent seasonal display without a complicated arrangement. Compared with a small accent light, its oversized spider shape and illuminated body give the scene a more recognizable Halloween centerpiece.

## What stands out
The lighting combines 113 purple LEDs on the body with two green LEDs in the eyes, creating contrast that makes the spider’s features part of the display. Its black, fluffy covering adds texture, while the metal frame provides the structure for the legs and body. Together, these details give the decoration visual presence both as a spider-shaped yard feature and as a lighted Halloween accent.

The design is made for outdoor Halloween décor, and the included ground stake supports placement on a lawn or in a garden. Set it near other seasonal decorations or use it as the main feature in an open area. The plug-in format is useful when you want the lights to remain connected during an evening display.

## What matters most
Choose this spider for a display that benefits from a large, immediately recognizable shape and purple-and-green lighting. Its 6.8-foot size is the headline feature, while the ground stake and assembled leg structure help translate that scale into a yard setup. The material and color details also make it easy to coordinate with other Halloween decorations without relying on lighting alone.

Buyers often highlight the lighting and ease of assembly, while comments on size and durability are mixed. Use the listed dimensions and product photos as a guide when planning where to place it, and secure it with the ground stake during setup. This makes it easier to plan the display around the spider’s footprint and position it as a centerpiece rather than a small accent.

## What to clarify
**How does the spider assemble?** Connect the eight legs to the body in order, then connect the light connector. The ground stake can be used to help secure the display on grass or soil.

**What colors are the LEDs?** The body is illuminated by 113 purple LEDs, and two green LEDs light the eyes.

**How is it powered?** The spider uses AC power and is designed to be plugged in for its lighted display.

## Final verdict
The HOYECHI HYC8601 is suited to Halloween decorating that calls for a large spider silhouette, a textured black finish, and distinctive purple-and-green lighting. Its scale makes it a natural centerpiece for a front yard, porch, or garden, while the assembled frame and ground stake support a practical outdoor setup.
