## Description

Some families prioritize a supplement that is simple to take, while others want a formula with several nutrients in one liquid. Hovika combines magnesium glycinate with L-theanine, omega-3, and vitamins in strawberry-flavored drops. The liquid can be taken directly or mixed into water or juice.

## Who it’s for

Designed for children ages 4 and up, these drops are intended to support relaxation, restful sleep, focus, and mood as part of a daily routine. For families comparing liquid supplements with capsules or tablets, the liquid format offers another way to take magnesium without swallowing a pill. It can also be mixed into a drink, which may suit children who prefer a flavored option.

The manufacturer advises consulting a healthcare provider before giving the formula to children under 4. Adults may also use it, with serving size adjusted as appropriate. For a child’s routine, follow the product’s age-based directions and ask a healthcare professional if you have questions about supplement use.

## Why it makes sense

The formula brings together magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, and omega-3, with vitamin B6 and D3 and zinc. These nutrients are presented to support calm, focus, and restful sleep, while calcium and vitamin D3 are included in the formula’s bone-health positioning. That combination may appeal to families looking for one liquid supplement with several areas of nutritional support, rather than a product centered on magnesium alone.

Strawberry flavor and flexible serving options make it straightforward to fit into a morning or bedtime routine: offer it directly or mix it into water or juice. Buyer feedback often highlights the flavor and ease of giving the drops. Some buyers describe positive experiences with sleep and relaxation, while feedback about how long perceived effects last is mixed, individual experiences are not a guaranteed result.

## When it makes sense

These drops suit families who want a flavored liquid that can be taken on its own or added to a drink, with a formula positioned around relaxation, focus, sleep, and everyday nutritional support. For example, a caregiver can add the serving to a child’s water or juice as part of an established routine, without needing the child to swallow a capsule or tablet.

Choose this format when an easy-to-administer liquid and a blend of magnesium glycinate with complementary nutrients are central to your search. Its strawberry flavor and mix-in option make it a practical fit for families seeking a simple way to include a children’s magnesium supplement in the day.
