## Description

At 22 inches wide, the HOMLAND R16 rollator is designed for everyday mobility in narrower spaces. Its foldable frame makes it easier to store between outings or load into a vehicle.

The 16 lb steel-frame walker combines rolling support with a padded seat, so you can move around and take a rest when you need one. An under-seat storage bag keeps personal items or groceries close at hand.

Adjustable handles accommodate users from 5'0" to 6'2", and the frame has a stated capacity of 300 lbs. These practical details make the R16 a versatile choice for errands and trips around the neighborhood.

## Everyday use
The R16 brings walking support, a place to sit, and storage together in one wheeled design. During a grocery run, for example, the bag can hold personal items while the seat provides a convenient place to pause. At a clinic or in the park, the combination of a rollator and seat means you can move between destinations and rest as needed.

Its adjustable handle height helps tailor the setup to a range of users, while the 22-inch width is a useful detail for navigating tighter areas. Compared with a basic stationary walking frame, a rollator is an alternative for people who want a wheeled format with a seat and storage. The R16 also folds by pulling its fabric strap, making it practical to put away after an outing.

Buyers often praise this walker for ease of assembly, sturdy support, and maneuverability. Feedback on size is mixed, with some noting that the seat feels small, consider that alongside its padded design when choosing a seat for regular breaks.

## What you get
The R16 brings together its rollator frame, padded seat, backrest, armrests, wheels, and under-seat storage bag. The main frame arrives pre-assembled, setup involves attaching the wheels, armrests, and backrest with hand-tightened knobs, without tools. Once assembled, the fabric strap lets you fold the walker for storage or transport.

This wheeled format suits people who want more than a walking frame alone: it offers a seat for resting and a bag for carrying everyday essentials. It suits you if you want a foldable walker for errands, neighborhood outings, or visits where having a place to sit and store belongings is useful.

## Practical questions
**What user height does the R16 accommodate?** Its handle height adjusts for users from 5'0" to 6'2", helping tailor the grip position to the person using it.

**How does the walker fold?** Pull the fabric strap to collapse the walker for storage or transport.

**Does assembly require tools?** The main frame is pre-assembled, and the wheels, armrests, and backrest attach with hand-tightened knobs, so setup does not require tools.

## Final verdict
For shoppers seeking a rollator that combines mobility, a padded resting seat, and everyday storage, the HOMLAND R16 brings those functions into a foldable 16 lb design. Its adjustable handles, 22-inch width, and under-seat bag make it a practical fit for errands and other outings where walking support and a place to pause are both useful.
