## Description

Cover tomato cages, shrubs, or patio plants when overnight frost is in the forecast with the HEKIWAY FHT01 plant covers. Each cover measures 60" x 42", and the six-pack lets you protect several plants in the garden at once.

The green covers are made from 2.8 oz/yd² polypropylene nonwoven fabric. They’re designed to let air, moisture, and sunlight reach plants while helping reduce frost damage. Need to cover plants of different shapes around the yard? The roomy format works for flowering shrubs, vegetables, small fruit trees, and containers.

A zipper and adjustable drawstring make it practical to place a cover over a plant and secure it around the base. Here’s what makes this format useful for seasonal garden care.

## Key takeaways

Each of the six covers measures 60" x 42", so the set can serve multiple plants rather than a single bed or container. The fabric is lightweight and foldable for storage between seasonal uses, and its breathable construction allows air, moisture, and sunlight through. The covers are intended to help protect outdoor plants from overnight frost, cold winds, and light snow, making them useful in fall, winter, and early spring.

The closure combines a zipper with a drawstring at the bottom. The zipper provides an opening for placing the cover around a plant, while tightening the drawstring helps hold it in place. That combination can be handy for covering a shrub or young tree without treating the cover like a flat sheet laid over the foliage.

Buyer feedback often highlights the covers’ frost-protection usefulness, generous size, and zipper design. Opinions on durability and value are mixed, so the strongest shared points are the coverage and access features rather than a uniform view of long-term wear.

## Practical tips

Choose a cover for plants that fit within its 60" x 42" dimensions, and position it over the plant before tightening the drawstring around the bottom. Keep the zipper accessible when placing or removing the cover. For a group of different plants, the six-cover set offers a straightforward alternative to buying individual covers one at a time, with each plant able to have its own covering.

When the cold-weather period is over, the lightweight covers can be folded for storage and reused in another season. Their polypropylene nonwoven fabric is described as tear-resistant and intended for repeated seasonal use.

## Getting the most from it

Use the covers for outdoor plants that need seasonal frost protection, such as flowering shrubs, tomato or pepper plants, young evergreens, small fruit trees, and patio containers. For example, ahead of a cold night, place a cover over a raised-bed vegetable plant or potted shrub, then adjust the drawstring so the cover is held around its base. The fabric’s breathable design allows sunlight, air, and moisture to reach the plant while the cover helps reduce exposure to frost and cold wind.

The six-pack is especially practical when several plants need attention at the same time. Rather than moving one cover from plant to plant, you can cover multiple garden specimens in one go, using the zipper and drawstring on each cover to manage placement and fit.

## Final verdict

HEKIWAY FHT01 is a useful choice for gardeners who want reusable seasonal covers for several outdoor plants. Six 60" x 42" covers, breathable polypropylene fabric, and zipper-and-drawstring closures make the set well suited to protecting shrubs, vegetables, young trees, and patio plants during frost-prone weather.
