## Description

This electric deep fryer brings restaurant-style frying to a home kitchen with practical capacity and temperature control. The Hamilton Beach unit suits family meals and small gatherings, letting you cook fries, tenders and battered vegetables with less mess. The **electric deep fryer** keyword fits here naturally because this model is designed for immersed heating and steady temperature control, according to manufacturer. A ready light signals when oil is at optimal heat for consistent results, and the vented lid with view window helps you monitor cooking without splatters. 🍳

## Key points

Three baskets add genuine flexibility, letting you fry one large batch or two smaller items at once while keeping flavors separate. The powerful heating element reaches even temperatures quickly so food cooks through with a crisp exterior. Cleanup is simpler than you might expect because the oil pot, baskets and lid are dishwasher safe, and the heating element is removable for hand washing. A breakaway cord adds a layer of safety in busy kitchens. 🍽️

## Tech specs

- Name: **Hamilton Beach 35034**
- Capacity: 4.5 liters oil capacity
- Power: 1800 watts
- Temperature range: 265°F to 375°F
- Baskets: 1x 12 cup and 2x 6 cup baskets

## Why it’s worth it

If you want quick, consistent frying at home this model offers sensible features without extra complexity. The view window and vented lid reduce splatter and let you watch progress, while the adjustable dial handles delicate tasks like frying battered seafood or achieving crisp fries. Note that oil management requires care to avoid waste, according to manufacturer, and high-heat frying is best for certain recipes. 🔧

## Getting the most from it

Preheat until the ready light comes on to get a stable frying temperature, and use the larger basket for a single family portion to speed service. Drain baskets on the pot edge to remove excess oil and extend breading crispness. Avoid overfilling baskets to keep cook times even. Keep the unit on a stable, heat-safe surface and handle the removable parts once cooled for safe cleaning.
