Gymsoul wireless earbuds X19

If you want workout earbuds that also let you hear announcements or nearby activity, this pair combines active noise cancellation with a transparency mode. The X19 uses flexible ear hooks and includes four tip sizes, so its fit-focused design may appeal more than a basic earbud shape for running or gym sessions. It also claims up to 90 hours of total playback with the charging case, though the listing doesn’t specify the case’s capacity or charging time. Without having tried it, the practical question is whether those stated features match your routine and fit preferences.

Key specifications

The X19 lists Bluetooth 5.3, 14.2 mm speaker drivers, active noise cancellation, and a transparency mode. The description claims ANC can reduce noise by up to 45 dB, treat that as a manufacturer figure rather than a guarantee that every environment will sound quiet. Transparency mode is intended for moments when you need more awareness, such as hearing transportation announcements or staying alert outdoors.

Each earbud is rated for up to 9 hours of listening on a charge, with up to 90 hours total when used with the charging case. An LED dual display shows the case’s remaining battery and the earbuds’ charging progress. The listing also specifies an IPX7 rating and describes protection against sweat and water droplets. It doesn’t state charging time, case capacity, or how long playback lasts with ANC enabled, which makes the headline battery figure harder to apply to a specific day.

Who it’s for

These earbuds are aimed at people who want a secure-feeling option for workouts, running, and everyday listening. The flexible hooks are designed to help keep them in place during movement, while the included XS, S, M, and L ear tips give you several fit sizes to try. For example, you could switch to transparency mode before stepping outside for a run, then use the buttons to skip a track without taking out your phone.

They may also suit calls, meetings, or online classes: the listing describes a built-in microphone with noise filtering. That is a useful feature to have, but there are no call-quality details beyond the product’s claims, so people who rely on earbuds for frequent work calls may want more specific evidence before choosing.

What you get

The described package includes the wireless earbuds, a portable charging case, and four pairs of rubber ear tips in XS, S, M, and L. The case has an LED dual display, and the earbuds use button controls for playback, track changes, volume, calls, and voice assistance. A charging cable is not mentioned in the product information, so don’t assume one is included.

Before you decide

Can you switch between noise cancellation and hearing your surroundings? Yes. The description lists both ANC and a transparency mode for situations where awareness matters.

How do the earbuds connect? They use Bluetooth 5.3 and are described as compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled devices, including cell phones and tablets.

Can you control music and calls from the earbuds? The buttons are listed for playback, track and volume changes, answering or rejecting calls, ending calls, and activating voice assistance.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want ear hooks, several tip sizes, and both noise-canceling and transparency modes in earbuds intended for active use. The battery claim may also appeal if long stretches between charging are a priority, but the missing details about case capacity and ANC playback time are worth weighing. Not the best choice if you need documented call performance, a stated charging time, or a precise battery estimate for your own settings. For a simpler listening routine, earbuds without ANC may cover the basics, this pair is more relevant when workout fit and switching between isolation and awareness are part of the plan.
