With side pockets for a phone and the kind of high-stretch fabric that’s built for movement, it’s aimed at people who actually use their workout pants in daily life. That said, this isn’t the type of compression you’d expect from purpose-built shaping wear. It’s more about visual smoothing and a supportive feel, so keep your expectations realistic if you’re chasing maximum waist control. ## The essentials These are women’s high waisted leggings designed with a side pocket layout so you can stash a cell phone, wallet, keys, and other small items while you move. The high-waist cut is meant to cinch the waist, smooth the tummy, and lift the butt for a more flattering silhouette. The fabric is described as moisture wicking and four-way stretch, with a blend of 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The brand also positions them as non-see-through for squat-and-stretch comfort. ## Key features that matter in real use Pockets sound simple, but they change how you dress for a workout. Instead of carrying a bag for a quick session, you can drop your phone in the pocket and focus on your routine. The high waist is another big deal here. If you like leggings that stay put during squats, yoga, or cycling, this design is built to emphasize a long-leg, slimmer-appearing look. It’s the kind of “second-skin” fit you’ll notice most when you’re bending, stretching, or doing everyday errands in between. A small limitation to keep in mind: no fabric description is a guarantee under every lighting and motion condition. The listing says non see-through, but if transparency is a dealbreaker for you, it’s worth being attentive to fit and fabric feel. ## What you’ll notice day to day In a typical day—say you do a short yoga session, then run errands right after—you can keep essentials on you without switching outfits or grabbing a tote. The blend is meant to feel comfortable and flexible, and the moisture wicking claim suggests it’s intended to handle sweat better than basic jersey. Also, the 3-pack format is practical. When leggings are your go-to layer for workouts and casual wear, having multiple pairs usually helps you rotate without stretching out one pair too quickly. ## Tech specs - Material: 92% polyester, 8% spandex - Stretch: four-way stretch - Fabric purpose: moisture wicking - Opacity claim: non see-through - Pockets: side pockets - Washing: machine washable or hand washable ## Size & fit considerations Sizing is offered in multiple ranges, including medium/small (US 2-14), large/x-large (US 14-24), and XX-large (US 24-32). The listing also mentions thickness and a supportive feel, which is important if you want leggings that don’t feel flimsy. It’s a great fit if you want high-waist smoothing with practical pocket storage for phone and small items. It may not suit you if you’re specifically searching for very firm, high-compression shaping—this one reads more like everyday “tummy control” than full-on body sculpting. ## When it makes sense (and when to skip it) Buying makes sense if you want workout and yoga leggings you can wear in daily life, especially with side pockets so you’re not juggling a bag. It’s also a reasonable choice if you prefer a soft, high-stretch feel and want the high-waist silhouette that’s designed to cinch and lift. You may want to skip it if pockets are not a priority for you and you’d rather put your budget into a more performance-focused legging where shaping isn’t the main selling point. Also, if non see-through fabric is a must-have for your exact workout lighting and movement, double-check how the fit works for your body. ## Mini FAQ ## Final verdict It’s worth considering if you like high-waisted leggings with side pockets and you want a smoothing, squat-friendly look for yoga and general workouts. The 3-pack approach adds everyday practicality, since you can rotate pairs. Skip it if your priority is maximum compression shaping or if pocketed leggings don’t match your style. And as always with “non see-through” claims, your fit and preferences will decide whether it truly performs how you expect. ## What’s included This product is sold as a 3-pack of leggings. ## Images ![GYMGUN 3-Pack High Waisted Pocket Leggings for Women \(Reg & Plus Size\) with Tummy Control — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/12W8JHRa-Z98xG6AQMryQOVhC2xar056rtwc4Wd8oWIKCS15obD6jUbHowiruj7Q7tjWMnZR7SwKbPGk9XmKbb-TMU3WwLKzzfJCWxyFp8Lw1s7ZDP6pOB3nEA.jpg) ![GYMGUN 3-Pack High Waisted Pocket Leggings for Women \(Reg & Plus Size\) with Tummy Control — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/NXEJTJF7FSx_-5xnUmg7_FobjXz4boRutdnmFbmLyrpGRnzt8LC9Cma-C3v6hmIjqBS0sDa1jkHr5Q39bdUn1B2M1_egaC1eZpnypUwhXtdZBkYYfCOzmdZXtw.jpg) ![GYMGUN 3-Pack High Waisted Pocket Leggings for Women \(Reg & Plus Size\) with Tummy Control — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/taiDhxCKtN8N8w9uHdgjdPoDoc1vOhf-2xoGFTD966h_vMjQzcHlXM0qxaP7zt4lbCHpAnuA42O-_ooZJ5_rFbyk7Ztr0asnu71iaL-mqWKuBhuQdspw3RrtaA.jpg) ![GYMGUN 3-Pack High Waisted Pocket Leggings for Women \(Reg & Plus Size\) with Tummy Control — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/Rmni0yGJtYXsT_XbUDJE-Kzb_TLkOWZ2EtXc6LEW36mdRRxKqTGpPlkT6xfmp2SJvw_stkUTpCASCy5MDvgMtSzYkWJDjQBwAbCfwAUX-W-usdDtEevoAyQFNA.jpg) ![GYMGUN 3-Pack High Waisted Pocket Leggings for Women \(Reg & Plus Size\) with Tummy Control — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/emG5NrcNPLwGbIAFPEES2XaCKv5A02_BFFxzjKXagbAwG24YzK4EX_Ze7oX3TzeczrKpyU3xnjJpOYqk1n7VM0H5dSQ5A7FmeuKWggb2Sc0m8tujunKQ3xZ3eQ.jpg)
