## Description

## Usage tips

For a home office, classroom, or shared desk, this organizer gives papers and everyday supplies separate places instead of leaving them in one stack. Use the five tiered trays to sort documents by project or urgency, and place folders in the vertical file holder for quick access. The two-slot hanging pen holder keeps writing tools close by, while the three-compartment sliding drawer offers space for smaller desk essentials.

Its tabletop design makes it easy to position within reach, and the vertical layout helps make use of desk space. The organizer measures 11.8" D x 12.2" W x 10.44" H, so you can compare its footprint with the area where you plan to keep it before arranging your workspace.

## Pros

The main advantage is having several kinds of storage in one organizer. A basic letter tray can sort papers, while a separate cup or small drawer handles pens and supplies, this setup combines those functions with a dedicated vertical file holder. That makes it useful when you regularly switch between paperwork, folders, and writing tools and want each category to have a place.

The metal mesh construction has a powder-coated finish, and the purple color adds a distinct accent to a desk. Customer feedback often praises the organization and storage capacity, including room for wider folders. Some buyers also describe assembly as straightforward. Feedback on stability and sliding is mixed, with some reporting that drawers or shelves slide more readily than they would like.

## Highlights

Five paper trays create separate levels for sorting letters, files, magazines, or folders, while the vertical holder provides another way to keep files accessible. The two-slot pen holder and three-compartment drawer round out the storage for smaller items, such as sticky notes, paper clips, and staplers. Together, these sections help keep frequently used supplies visible without spreading them across the desktop.

The metal organizer is designed for tabletop use and has a rectangular shape. Its listed dimensions are 11.8" deep, 12.2" wide, and 10.44" high. If you are choosing between a single-purpose paper tray and a more consolidated desk organizer, this model offers multiple storage formats in one footprint. It is suited to everyday sorting at a study desk or workstation, where papers and small office supplies need to stay easy to find.

## Buying verdict

It suits you if you want one desktop organizer for papers, folders, pens, and small supplies rather than separate containers for each. The five-tier layout handles paper sorting, while the vertical holder, hanging pen slots, and divided drawer give other essentials their own spaces. For a home office, student desk, or classroom workspace, the combination makes the Gugsey a practical choice when the goal is a more orderly surface with everyday materials close at hand.
