Greentainer T0801-MIX Stainless Steel Baby Bowls with Silicone Suction Bases

Made from 18/8 stainless steel, the Greentainer T0801-MIX bowls offer a metal alternative to plastic tableware for serving cereal, snacks, and other toddler meals. Each bowl has a removable silicone suction base for use on flat surfaces.

The double-wall construction is designed to reduce heat transfer to the outside, while the 11-ounce capacity suits smaller portions such as yogurt, fruit, or oatmeal.

One detail needs attention: the product name says 3 Pack, but the specifications also describe a 6-piece set and list both 3 Count and 2 Packs. The exact contents are unclear from the supplied details.

The essentials

These round bowls are intended for babies, toddlers, and kids, with stated uses including cereal, dinner, and snacks. The stainless steel bowls pair with BPA-free silicone suction bases that are removable, so the bowl can also be used without its base. An easy-release tab is described for removing the suction attachment after a meal.

For self-feeding at a highchair tray or table, the suction base is meant to help keep a bowl from tipping on a suitable flat surface. It is not a substitute for supervising a child during meals. The double-wall design is also intended to make the outside more comfortable to hold when serving warm or chilled foods, it does not establish a specific serving temperature or keep food hot or cold for a stated length of time.

Care & maintenance

Both the stainless steel bowls and silicone bases are listed as dishwasher safe. The smooth stainless steel surface is described as resistant to stains, odors, and lingering residue, which is useful for foods with stronger smells or color. The materials are also identified as rust resistant and lead free. These details may make the set appealing for regular family meals, though the provided information does not specify a dishwasher rack or cycle.

Practical tips

For a meal at home, the suction base can be attached before serving cereal or a snack on a highchair tray, then removed when the bowl needs to be carried or stored. Suction is described for flat surfaces, so a textured or uneven surface is not the use case specified here. The bowls are also described as stackable, which may help when putting them away between meals.

Compared with a basic bowl without a suction base, this set adds a removable grip intended to support early self-feeding. A plain bowl may be simpler if suction is not needed, the Greentainer design is more relevant when keeping the bowl in place is a priority. Since the stated pack and piece counts conflict, confirm the expected contents before choosing it for a particular number of children or meals.

Practical questions

How much does each bowl hold? The listed capacity is 11 ounces, making it suitable for a child-sized serving of cereal, yogurt, fruit, or a snack.

Can the suction base be taken off? Yes. The product information describes a removable silicone base and an easy-release tab.

Can both parts go in the dishwasher? The stainless steel bowls and silicone bases are both listed as dishwasher safe.

When it makes sense

It suits you if you want stainless steel bowls with removable suction bases for toddler meals and value dishwasher-safe care. The double-wall design and 11-ounce capacity are relevant details for serving small portions, while the stackable form may help with storage.

It’s not for you if the exact number of pieces must be clear from the listing details: the supplied count information is inconsistent. For shoppers who do not need suction or prefer a single, clearly specified bowl, a simpler option may be easier to assess.
