## Description

This TV LED strip enhances on-screen color and mood for movie nights and gaming sessions, offering dynamic ambient lighting that reacts to what you watch. For users with 55 to 65 inch screens, the Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite captures colors from the edge of the panel and maps them across the strip to extend immersion and reduce perceived black bars. If you want ambient bias lighting for streaming and gaming, this LED solution brings more vivid tones and a warmer white according to the manufacturer.

## Key features

The upgraded Envisual chip improves performance and adds a **fish-eye correction** function to match edge colors more accurately, which helps when the TV has thin bezels or curved sections. The lights use **RGBICW** technology with a fourth warm white LED inside each bead for a purer white and better color mixing, producing scenes that feel more natural. Installation is simplified by a gravitational hanging camera that clips to ultra-thin TVs, and you can secure it with adhesive to avoid wobble during use. The system syncs with other Govee devices via **Govee DreamView** to create a 360° lighting scheme across multiple strips and sub-devices. Control options include app management and voice commands through Alexa and Google Assistant, plus presets such as black bar elimination and blank screen detection for automatic adjustments 🎮.

## Key specifications

- Name: **Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite**
- Size: 11.8 ft
- Type: RGBICW Wi-Fi LED strip
- Color: 4 Colors in 1 lamp bead, includes warm white

## Usage tips

Place the camera centrally above or below the TV and press a short test pattern in the app to ensure edge capture is consistent, especially if your set is ultra-thin. Consider adding one or two synced sub-devices to expand the effect into nearby wall areas for a fuller wraparound look. For dark rooms, enable blank screen detection to avoid distracting glow during pauses. Keep in mind that accuracy depends on screen content and mounting position, and white balance may vary slightly depending on TV settings. Enjoy adjustable scenes and schedule routines to match evening viewing without extra fuss 😊.
