## Description

Some entryways need a slim mat that clears the door, while others need a surface shaped to catch tracked-in dirt and moisture. The GORILLA GRIP Traffic Guard brings both needs together in a low-profile, ribbed design.

Its 35 x 23-inch size suits entryways, porches, garages, mudrooms, and other busy passageways at home or work. The charcoal gray striped pattern adds a simple, practical look.

Raised grooves help scrape dirt from shoes and collect mud, moisture, and debris before they travel farther inside. The PVC backing provides a textured base, while the 0.25-inch profile helps doors pass over the mat.

The ribbed surface is designed to capture dirt and moisture in its grooves, making this a functional choice for entrances where shoes bring in grit or wetness. Its textured PVC backing and raised top are built for frequent foot traffic, with a surface described as gentle on bare feet as well as suitable for boots. The top is waterproof and quick-drying, and its stain- and fade-resistant finish helps maintain its appearance through regular use.

## Compatibility
Use the mat indoors or outdoors in locations such as an entryway, hallway, porch, patio, garage, or mudroom. It is also suited to work settings, including offices and classrooms. For example, place it just inside a frequently used entrance to help catch mud and moisture from shoes before they reach the adjoining floor. The low-profile 0.25-inch height is designed to clear most doors, making it a practical fit where door movement matters.

Compared with a smooth, flat mat, the Traffic Guard’s raised ribbed surface offers grooves intended to collect debris and moisture. That makes it especially relevant for entrances exposed to rainy weather or muddy footwear, while its restrained gray color works easily into everyday home and workplace spaces. Buyers often appreciate its appearance and dirt-catching usefulness, feedback on grip and durability is mixed, with some saying it stays in place and holds up well, while others report movement or shorter-than-expected wear.

## Usage tips
Position the mat at the entrance where shoes are most likely to bring in dirt or water, keeping the full mat flat on the floor. Its rectangular 35 x 23-inch footprint provides a defined landing area without a tall edge, and the ribbed surface gives tracked-in debris a place to collect. For care, hand wash the mat as directed, then let its quick-drying top help it return to use. The indoor/outdoor design lets you choose the placement that best matches your entryway, porch, garage, or patio routine.

## Buying verdict
Choose the GORILLA GRIP Traffic Guard when an entryway mat needs to do more than mark the doorway: its grooves help manage dirt and moisture, its slim profile accommodates door clearance, and its indoor/outdoor construction suits busy routes around the home or workplace. The 35 x 23-inch charcoal gray mat is a useful everyday option for people who want a defined, easy-to-place surface at a frequently used entrance.
