## Description

This oversized microfiber sink drying mat pairs fast absorbency with countertop protection, making cleanup easier after meals and prep. The ultra absorbent surface soaks up spills while a 0.2 inch foam core cushions delicate glassware, and the mesh top helps air circulate to speed drying. Use it as a standalone drying pad or under a dish rack to capture runoff, keeping counters drier and reducing puddles for less wiping. The microfiber sink drying mat is especially helpful when you need quick turnover between loads and want a tidy workspace.

## Key takeaways

A roomy 18 x 24 inch mat that balances protection and drying speed. It holds up to **2.5 cups** of water according to the manufacturer and resists staining for straightforward maintenance. The underside features hundreds of grip points to cut down on slipping and keep the mat stable on wet surfaces. Lightweight and foldable, it tucks away easily when not in use, yet remains thick enough to shield surfaces from scratches and heat from warm dishes. Practical for sinks, counters and for drying fresh produce, it fits busy kitchens where spills are frequent. 🍋

## Tech specs

- Material: microfiber top, foam core, non slip grip backing
- Size: 18 x 24 inches
- Format: holds 2.5 cups water capacity
- What’s included: one drying mat
- Compatibility: suitable for use under dish racks or as an independent drying pad

## Compatibility

The mat works under most countertop dish racks and fits a variety of sinkside setups, from compact apartments to larger family kitchens. It also performs as a soft base for washed fruits and vegetables, preventing scratches on ceramic or stainless surfaces. **Gorilla Grip Ultra Absorbent Microfiber Mat** is machine washable for routine cleaning, and the quick-dry mesh reduces lingering moisture so items air out faster. Note that heavy pots with sharp edges can shorten fabric life, and prolonged direct exposure to heat may affect the foam padding. 🧽

## Care tips

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry or tumble dry low to preserve absorbency and backing grip. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners which can reduce microfiber performance. With simple care the mat keeps working as intended and stays ready for everyday kitchen use. 🧺
