Practical tips

Use the open-top basket for items you want to put away and reach again easily, such as pillows, cushions, towels, clothes, or stuffed animals. In a living room, it can keep spare blankets close at hand, in a nursery or playroom, it can collect toys between activities. Its soft cotton-rope construction offers a more textile-led look than a rigid plastic bin, making it a natural choice when the storage container will remain visible as part of the room.

The basket arrives folded. Filling it with towels or blankets for 24–48 hours helps it return to shape, steaming or using a low-heat iron can help smooth creases sooner. For cleaning, wipe away everyday dust with a damp cloth. For a deeper wash, hand wash with mild detergent or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag, then lay flat to air dry thoroughly. Avoid tumble drying and high heat.

Buyer feedback often highlights the roomy interior for blankets and pillows, along with the basket’s appearance and sturdy feel. Those qualities make it useful for visible, everyday storage as well as for gathering items that would otherwise be left around the room.
