## Description

Each of the 15 rectangular stair treads measures 8 x 30 inches and is made of polyester. The Flower Brown carpet surface adds a soft layer underfoot, while the individual pieces provide coverage one step at a time. They’re designed for indoor stairs and can be placed on smooth wood, tile, metal, or glass surfaces.

If you want to cover individual steps rather than install one continuous runner, this set offers a flexible, piece-by-piece approach. The treads can also be cut to adapt to different spaces.

## Size & fit

The set includes 15 treads, each in a rectangular 8 x 30-inch format. Use them across a staircase to give each step its own carpeted surface, or cut them to suit the space. Their listed surfaces include smooth wooden, tile, metal, and glass stairs, making them suitable for a range of indoor stair materials.

For placement, first wipe the stairs clean and let them dry. Remove the backing cover, set each tread in position, and press it onto the surface. This straightforward peel-and-stick setup is useful when you want to add carpet coverage without installing a full stair runner.

## Benefits

The carpet surface feels soft underfoot and helps reduce noise from people going up and down the stairs. That can make a busy household staircase more comfortable for everyday use, including when children, older family members, or pets are moving through the home. The treads are also intended to provide traction on smooth stair surfaces.

For routine care, remove dust and pet hair with a vacuum. The treads can be hand-washed or machine-washed, use cold water and mild detergent, then let them dry naturally before putting them back. Buyers often praise the appearance, installation, and traction. Feedback is mixed on how firmly the adhesive holds and how easy the treads are to clean, with some also mentioning that lint or pet hair can collect on the surface.

## When it makes sense

These Gmonby treads make sense for households that want individual carpet covers for indoor steps, with a soft surface, added traction, and a peel-and-stick format. The set of 15 is a practical choice when you prefer step-by-step coverage over a single continuous runner and want pieces that can be cut to suit the stair area.
